*That you, Fayose sometime in year 2004 within the jurisdiction of this court did collaborate with Avian Specialist Nigeria Limited to conceal the genuine origin of the sum of N1 million by using the said sum to buy chicks for Avian Specialist Nigeria Limited which sum formed part of the money illegally deducted from the funds entrusted by the Ekiti State Government in the hand of Biological Concept Nig Ltd as a consultant to the State Government in the Ekiti State Integrated Poultry Project Scheme and which sum you knew represented the proceed of crime and you thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 14(1) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2004.

*That you, Fayose on or about May 5, 2004 within the jurisdiction of this court did collaborate with Avian Specialist Nigeria Limited to conceal the genuine origin of the sum of N156,457,389.60 by using the said sum to buy cages and Ventilation System for Avian Specialist Nigeria Limited which sum formed part of the money illegally deducted from the funds entrusted by the Ekiti State Government in the hand of Biological concept Nig Ltd as a consultant to the State Government in the Ekiti State Integrated Poultry Project Scheme and which sum you knew represented the proceed of crime and you thereby committed an offence punishable under section 14(1) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2004.

* That you Fayose on or about April 28, 2004 within the jurisdiction of this Court did collaborate with Biological Concept Nigeria Limited to conceal the genuine origin of the sum of N55,636,171.15 which sum formed part of the money illegally deducted from the funds entrusted by the Ekiti State Government in the hand of Biological concept Nig Ltd as a Consultant to the State Government in the Ekiti State Integrated Poultry Project Scheme and which sum you knew represented the proceed of crime and you thereby committed an offence punishable under section 14(1) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2004.
