BREAKING NEWS-Tribunal Thrashes Buhari's Petition, Upholds Yar'dua's Election

The ruling in the presidential election petitions tribunal underway in Abuja as the chairman of the tribunal, Justice James Ogebe recuses himself, the lead judge is now Justice John Fabiyi.    
The proceedings started at exactly 10: 00 AM local time (Abuja, Nigeria).

-Police cordon off tribunal venue, police team led by DIG Onovo.
-Most PDP governors in court-Bukola Saraki, Emmanuel Uduaghan, John Odey, Bode George and others invade court room.
-Justice Fabiyi rules that a substantial number of witnesses provided by Buhari were not properly deposed, there depositions were therefore expunged from court records.
-Adamawa State governor, Murtala Nyako is sacked by the Court of Appeal in Jos as earlier reported by Sahararareporters. Court ask governor to hand over to Speaker of Adamawa State House of Assembly. New elections ordered in 60 days!
-Court of Appeal upholds Yobe State elections, Senator Ali remains governor after appeal against his election was dismissed as incompetent.
-Court of Appeal upholds election of Plateau governor, Jonah Jang
-Justice Fabiyi rules that Buhari didn't prove his case beyond reasonable doubt, he therefore said INEC was substantially in order with regards to the April 2007 election.
