 The former Nigerian dictator did not spare anything while in power. He looted the national treasury, closed down universities for several months at a time, he murdered his opponents, jailed journalists and closed down several newspapers.
IBB was so confident that nothing would happen to him, so he admitted to a news magazine that his favorite alias was the "Evil Genius".
