Richard Harrsion is the man who along with Governor Orji Kalu siphoned the resources and finances of Abia State to foreign bank accounts. For him to say that he gave Governor Orji sound advice amounts to image laundering and personal ego massaging. Richard was an ordinary cashier at Hallmark Bank before he was introduced to Orji Uzor Kalu through one of Orji Uzor Kalu’s numerous mistresses whom he was also dating. He was only allowed in Governor Theodore’s administration because Governor Theodore wanted the inclusion of youths in his government. However, Richard Harrison turned out to be a nuisance.
For him to come out today, two years after he was relieved of his position as commissioner for finance due to his incompetence and continued financial recklessness after Orji Kalu’s administration, signifies the beginning of an already known grand sinister plot by Governor Theordore Orji’s detractors.
Even though Richard Harrison states that he resigned voluntarily, I urge Richard Harrison to return home and face questions concerning the ten thousand dollar donation he presented to his kinsmen in Washington D.C, which had led to his sack.

Richard Harrison thinking that the game of corruption was going to be condoned in Theodore Orji’s administration, handed ten thousand dollars cash of Abia state funds to his kinsmen at an event in Washington D.C. Concerned Abians at the event informed the listening and humble Governor Theodore Orji about the prodigality of Richard harrison.
