Our correspondent say the appeals filed against Mr. Okorocha by former governor, Ikedi Ohakim of the PDP was dismissed because the 180 days within which election dispute must be judicially resolved had lapsed.
The petition of Great Ogboru of the Democratic Peoples Party against the election of Mr. Uduaghan was similarly dismissed for the same reason.
