According to Obaino Music, which markets singer Flavour's music, the artist's latest album, Thankful, which released on November 14th, sold over 1 million copies in the first five days of its release.
To ensure that people wouldn't think they were just making up the huge numbers, they went as far as to show their receipts.
However, it seems like singer Brymo isn't buying any of it. He recently took to his Twitter account to address the alleged album sales report.
The records are selling in the millions again, the lies are heaping again!!— á»láwálé á»lá»Ìfá»á»Ìrá»Ì (@BrymOlawale) November 20, 2014
Following backlash, the artist soon appeared to be remorseful for his earlier tweets.
It's cool, am deeply sorry. Nobody send me, I'll let it be....— á»láwálé á»lá»Ìfá»á»Ìrá»Ì (@BrymOlawale) November 20, 2014
