The Lagos State government has commenced prosecution of Richard Nyong, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lekki Gardens, a construction company handling the construction of a five-story building that collapsed last Tuesday in Lekki killing 31 persons.[slideshow]45663[/slideshow]
Mr. Nyong was brought before a Magistrate at Ebutte Meta handcuffed to another accomplice.
A police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, had disclosed that Mr. Nyong had been detained at Panti Police Station since yesterday.
