Two Policemen attached to the Rivers State Judiciary High Court Complex, Port Harcourt, were gunned down last night by yet to be identified gunmen.
According to Hammed Mohammed, spokesman of the Rivers State Command, the men were murdered in their sleep.

"There was no attack in this scenario because there no shooting. The policemen were asleep and killed by some callous assailants."
Yesterday, five policemen were also ambushed in Okobe community of Ahoada West, Rivers State while returning to Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
An additional three men were killed in Bori last night after five policemen lost their lives in a similar manner.
