Another set of Federal High Court judges, Justice Agbadu James Fishim and Justice Uwani Abba Aji, on Wednesday morning appeared at the offices of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Lagos, in response to the anti-graft agency’s invitation.

Another set of Federal High Court judges, Justice Agbadu James Fishim and Justice Uwani Abba Aji, on Wednesday morning appeared at the offices of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Lagos, in response to the anti-graft agency’s invitation.

Three other judges - Mohammed Nasir Yunusa, Hyeladzira Ajiya Nganjiwa and Musa Haruna Kuryahad - in the past two days similarly responded to the invitations.  Some of the judges were accompanied by their lawyers, and were reported to be cooperating with the agency’s operatives.

Curiously still avoiding the EFCC is Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, one of the invited judges who were expected to show up at the commission on Tuesday.
