Kenya Presidential Election Annulled, Supreme Court Orders Rerun Within 60 Days

The Supreme Court in Kenya has annulled the Kenyan Presidential Election won by President Uhuru Kenyatta. In a ruling on Friday morning, the court set aside the election with a majority of the court membership ruling that the election fell short of constitutional provisions. A fresh election will now be held within 60 days. the ruling brought instant jubilation in opposition strongholds in Nairobi.
