Police Say All Routes Are Open To Traffic In Lagos Despite Buhari's Visit

The Lagos Police Command has advised members of the public to go about their lawful business, as all routes in the state are open to both human and vehicular traffic despite the ongoing presidential visit

The Lagos Police Command has advised members of the public to go about their lawful business, as all routes in the state are open to both human and vehicular traffic despite the ongoing presidential visit.

The Police bowed to pressure from Lagosians condemning the blockage of all roads the President would be passing.

Chike Oti, spokesperson for the Police command said this in obvious reactions to reports that many commuters cannot get to their destination early Thursday morning as security operatives blocked major roads in the state as part of security measures taken for the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the nation’s commercial capital.
