Aside the governors, present at the meeting are the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Turkur Buratai; the Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice-Marshal Sadiq Abubakar; the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris and the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Mungono (rtd).
Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is currently in a meeting with members of the National Economic Council (NEC) in Abuja.
Present at the meeting are governors of no less than 12 states, including Lagos, Anambra, Jigawa, Akwa Ibom and Edo.
