Lamidi Adams, father of the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, has died in a Lagos State private hospital where he was receiving treatment.
The 80-year-old died on Saturday.

“He was survived by Gani Adams, Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, and many children.
“Burial arrangements will be announced later,” the younger Adams announced in a press statement.
Pa Adams worked at Desmony Nigeria Ltd, an Italian company, as 'Head of Transport Unit’ before venturing into his personal transport business.
