No ad hoc INEC official or member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on election duty had reported at the polling unit as at 10am.
Two hours after voting was scheduled to begin, officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have not shown up at the polling unit of Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The location is Polling Unit 047, Ward 3 in Ikeja Local Government Area of Lagos State.
