BREAKING: Gunmen Invade Two Taraba Villages, Kill Five Persons

The Taraba State Police Command has confirmed the killing of five persons including two village heads in Muri chiefdom, under Karim-Lamido Local Government Area.

A resident, Sunday Danladi, told our correspondent that the gunmen invaded Bilango 1  and  Bilango 2 communities in Muri chiefdom on Tuesday evening. 

He said, "The bandits were about 30 in number, armed with AK47 rifles and claimed they were on a reprisal to avenge the killing of some of their members.

"Garba Dangari and Sarki Ali are the two village heads killed by the gunmen."
