A member of the National Youth Service Corps in Delta State has contracted the Lassa Fever virus.
There has been a report of an outbreak in Delta and Ondo states.
The infected corps member was on Monday diagnosed at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, the state capital.
The victim simply identified as Yinka has now been relocated to Irrua Specialist Hospital in Edo State for further treatment.
