Power Is Transient, Shehu Sani Tells Buhari

Former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Shehu Sani, has reminded President Muhammadu Buhari and other political office holders in the country to thread with caution because according to him power is transient.

Sani expressed displeasure at the rate at which dissenting voices were being silenced and stifled in the country.

The former lawmaker said this moment after arriving the Federal High Court, Abuja, to show support for human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, who is standing trial in a case brought against him by the Nigerian Government.

Sani said that the country had never be as porous and insecure as being witnessed at the moment.
