Abducted Kebbi State Corps Member Escapes From Bandits’ Captivity

A Benue State University (BSU) graduate who was kidnapped on his way to an orientation camp of the National Youth Service Corps, has reportedly regained freedom.

He was abducted alongside some other passengers along the Zamfara State highway at the Tsafe Local Government Area.
The prospective corps member had boarded a bus heading for Kebbi State for the compulsory three-week NYSC orientation.
Uter Barnabas, a former course mate of Yeye said he regained his freedom on Sunday, October 24, 2021.
Uter added that he managed to escape the kidnappers' hideout and found his way to a police station.
He posted, “GOD HAS DONE WHAT NO MAN CAN DO. Hallelujah, my course mate by name, Yeye Terlumun Madidi, who was kidnapped while on transit to Sokoto for his mandatory NYSC orientation course has finally and miraculously regained freedom.
“He graciously escaped and was taken to the police station by a certain man who assisted him to get to police station to give statement and thereafter to the orientation camp where the NYSC officials too has given him direct registration and documentation to participate in the camp after due interrogation.
“We spoke at length on phone and he explained everything to me while emphatically remaining grateful to God for the miracle over his life. Pls dear friends, join me to make a thunderous shout out to Jesus Christ. I'm soooo happy now. God is good. Miracle is real.”
