The Nigerian police is known for extra-judicial killing, torture, rape and suppression of activists clamped down on members of the Joint Action Front a core group in the #Occupy Nigeria movement as they embarked on a peaceful protests in Lagos in respect of those killed and maimed by the police during the January uprising.
