I would like to to point out that you were/are misinformed about nobody being killed. My brother Edwin Ekperigin was killed by the gunmen as they sped away from the scene. As he returned home in the early hours of the morning he came head to head with one of the robbers cars, unbeknownst to him what had transpired. His car was shot at and he died.

I pray and hope that this spree does not continue, if not for my family's sake for the sake of the people of Lekki.

This is a weekly occurrence around oniru and Lekki ( right hand side).. Fashola opened up the area as alternative road to the Toll Plaza without provision for security and the ill equipped police is simply overwhelmed. We no longer sleep at night. This is a slight on Lagos State Govt, with all the good works and no security. Fashola should rise to the challenge and flush out all these robbers and also sanitizer the Lekki-oniru area where there are lots of miscreants with shanty houses. People deserve peace in Lagos that only when we can jointly say "wok oni bake" until then please everything is wrong as security is paramount to all else.

The rich thought they were sitting pretty in their comfortable enclaves in Lekki, VI and environs. They were unconcerned with the plight of the poor. Why should they care if the poor man becomes ill and dies because of no health care, after all they can board a plane to Germany.
