PHOTONEWS: Day of Judgement For Al Mustapha At The Lagos High Court
A Lagos High Court ruled that Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former chief security officer to maximum dictator, Sanni Ababcha must die by hanging for the 1994 murder of Hajia Kudirat Abiola, the wife of the late buisness mogul and winner of the June 12 election. Bashorun MKO Abiola.
Photos taken at the court premises shows the tense moments before the pronouncement of sentence.

Irrespective of tribal,religious,ethnic or family consideration,we must be fair in al our judgement.

This case was already judged by the media and public. We have to isolate sentiment from true justice. He could be found guilty of plotting but not killing. He can't be killed for plotting
(which has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt).
If we want a true NIGERIA, we should should seak a true and fair justice system devoid the following evils like TRIBE, RELIGION, FAMILY/FRIEND, POSITION and FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION.
What happened to ABIOLA AND KUDIRAT is very evil but the justice system should not be based on sentiment.
