i think we are prolonging the judgements for these bank's chief executives. They deserve no sympathy for their actions. afterall, they were entrusted with the money and fail. my opinion is that all their asset and capital should be confiscated. this shall serve as a determent to others. not only for bank's chiefs but to politicians as well

Every leadership position confers on the holder a fiduciary activities and any breach there on is a corruption of trust, how much more when u use your position to unduly acquire wealth at the expense of others.
