"An Awolowo Never Dies"

By Fadumiye Adeyinka Macintosh

"What we do in life echoes in eternity". Chief Obafemi Jeremiah Awolowo needs little or no introduction.

We all know him as the architect of modern Nigeria and a leader who through is selflessness bequeathed his people and future generations of Nigerians an unenviable and unequalled record of achievements in every walk of life.

Subsequently, Awolowo's achievement as a premier in the old western Nigeria is seconded to none among his contemporaries as he was the first to introduce Free Universal Primary Education, the first television station, establishment of farm settlement, Industrial Estate, first modern sports stadium in Africa, free medical services and introduction of minimum wage of 50k per day all the great Awo achieved within 5year as premier.

It behoves to resonate this one once again as we celebrates Late Obafemi Awolowo posthumous birthday anniversary today.

I am M.I. 's grand daughter

I am M.I. 's grand daughter and he did have an MD. He was a Medical Doctor. In fact he was the Minister of Health in Nigeria during the 60's . A Facebook Fan page has been created his honor. Do visit his page Dr. M.I.Okpara , on Facebook.

Thank you

i personally like him too ,

i personally like him too , i'm from Ondo state as well from Akoko precisely and heard from history what Papa Awolowo did for us, free education e.t.c. i appreciate him even when old Ondo state( now Ondo and Ekiti) were given scholarships only to study Education, afterall we can boast of having so many Professors in Ekiti state now. I even appreciate him that we have Cocoa House in Ibadan even when Idanre and Ile -Oluji(Ondo state) were the ones producing highest quantity.
Nevertheless Awolowo is loved by me.

See the Blackman in Ivory Coast

Those how fan ethnic hatred, read and watch what is happening in Ivory Coast. Watch how people are lynched and burned alife, watch the depths of wickedness in the heart of the blackman.

It happens in Nigeria it goes on in Ivory Coast.

Due to his great fear of Zik

Due to his great fear of Zik ,and the Ibos, Awo nothing but a genocidal meniac, How could the yorubas celebrate such a criminal, but then again it is very much in their character!Yoruba .... ee mess so te ee smell.

Lies upon Lies upon Lies

The Egbas that you claim had a rivalry with Awo voted unanimously for Awo. Yes, miscreants such as Abiola and Obasanjo did not like Awo at the time due to Awo's very principled stance on all things..

SO please don't spread the the LIE that one of the reasons that Awo didn't win was because of the Egba and Ijebu rivalry. FACT, there are a lot of intermarriages between the two. YOU KNOW NOTHING OF THESE FOLKS

FACT - who did the East vote for? when you answer that question, you will find out one of the two reasons that AWo didn't win. The first is rigging.

My question for you is why does the East always vot against a progressive Yoruba candidate? THAT MY BRO IS THE BIG ELEPHANT"S YASH IN THE ROOM

UNN established in 1960......

This university was established in 1960.The first university in Nigeria to offer its own university degree. This is in public domain in Nigerian archives in Nigerian records with ministries yet some here might want to bring that for argument.

The pattern of black people misrepresenting facts and distorting records across africa is what I really find deeply worrying for as a race how we the black race can move foward when simpe facts are distorted in unnecessary rivalries and some very stupid and juvenile claims of superiority of orgin

The issue here is a PATTERN of misrepresentation.

The pattern the habit of continous misrepsentation.

Someone here frowned upon use of ibo as representing igbo, though ibo and igbo have always been used interchangeably both by my forefathers and in all literature yet someone here felt it was wrong, without refercne or respect for any intelligent authority.

False Adjectives or qualifications Mislead, therefore are Lies

Its intelligent writing to represent something without puting false qualifications or drawing false comparisms.

In many african countries the early politcal leaders and their sycophants were often representing their programmes in superlatives for though they only knew their own activites they were completely ignorant as to a lot things that were going on outside their own tribal borders.

Especiallly when one, due to some obvious circumstances and limitations was never in any position whatsoever to have the full facts and had only political polemics for guidance.

There is self-analysis, humility, caution and even doubt that is of part of wisdom.

Intelligence requires that we dont hold tenaciously to whatver we are given without verifications and more so not to get into superlatve qualifications except with good or full knowledge of what we are representing.
There is no integrity in holding out some false qualifications/superlatives awaiting a better infomattion or correction before conceding.

What prevented Chief Awolowo

What prevented Chief Awolowo from being allowed to rule Nigeria by the military and especially Obasanjo are the followings
The statement credicted to Awolowo that if elected he was going to probe the military. The 2.5 billion acrued crude oil sales that was deposited in the Midland Bank and in a personal account of the man who died in an air crash in Nigeria. The money was surposed to be shared by the top people in the military, Obasanjo, Danjuma and Shahu YarAdua. When there was public out cry the money was returned but the acrued interest totalling 550 million pounds was not returned but shared amongst the three persons. That was how they esblished one a very large farm Obasanjo farm, the other a bank, the Universal trust bank and the third a shipping line bakado shipping line.
The other reason was the in built rivary between the Egbas and the Ijebus.
The Supreme court ruling was a ruse as the same ruling of 12 two third, says that the judgement should not be quoted as a precedent in future case.
If a run off had been allowed may be Chief Awolowo could have won as the UPN then was very willing able and ready for the run off. You will see the likes of M. K. O Abiola and Obasanjo all from Egba ganging against Chief Awolowo. That singular act robbed Nigeria of a very sound, prepared, very able person in the person of Chief Awolowo from ruling Nigeria and this is the great price we are paying today. Had Chief Awolowo ruled Nigeria we could have been in the league as Brazil, Malaysia, India and China today.

SCRUTINY IS NO HATRED.

Scrutiny is no hatred or abuse. Awo/Bello/Zik, their records are their records. No one can add to it or subtract from it. There is nothing wrong in checking the accuracy of their records. It does them no harm but good, good and GOOD. This forum presents the opportunity for everyone to fully and honestly participate in seeking the truth.
No one in his right mind would dare say that UI was the first university in Africa or credit it to Awo. Sankore University in Timbuktu, Mali, was founded in 1581. UI was established by our colonial masters in 1948 and as @Adebayor correctly stated earlier, UI was before Awo's time. ABU, UNILAG and UNN were established by the Federal government of Nigeria in 1962. OAU(UNIFE) was Nigeria's first regional university; it was established in 1962 by Awo's party, the Action Group(AG).
North African countries may "have been playing football(soccer) earlier than Nigeria", but they did not beat us to a modern soccer facility. Of cause there were stadia all over Africa before Liberty stadium was built. There was Onikan stadium in Lagos, and some other local stadia in Enugu, Ibadan and Kaduna. They were rural, substandard and useless after sun-set. The magic word here is "World Class". What makes a stadium a world class is its capacity, facility, field and flood-lights. None of the existing stadia in Africa then had adequate capacity and facility. The Liberty a world class stadium in Ibadan was open for business in 1959.
Television was establish in Ibadan in 1959 by the government of the day. Egypt got TV in 1960. South Africa, even with her white population, came into TV age very late, she got it in 1976.
No one has the monopoly of knoledge, we all learn everyday. On any given topic, there'll always be a disagreement here or there. And when there is, we should be man enough to see the disagreement as no attack on an individual or any tribe. Table your facts as you see them, let me table mine as I see them. Together we then go to work on them to find out what is amiss.
Generations before us were not as lucky as ours. They did not have the luxury of computer and the internet. In 1960, many Nigerian households did not have radio let alone a television set. Our telephone system was at its rudementary. To call Accra from Lagos, you have to go through London. Being so handicapped back then, Nigerians accepted as true numerous information they probably would've questioned had they what we have today. Today a man in Damaturu with his computer and the internet has instantaneous access to documents stored in archives in far away towns; Sydney, Helsinki or Buenos Aires.
With our generation, you can fool some people sometimes but you can't fool all the people all the time without being exposed. That is the beauty of techonology/civilization.
Thank you ALL.

Only fools and little minds

Only fools and little minds will abuse the founding fathers and mothers of Nigeria. People like Obafemi Awolowo, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ahamadu Bello, etc. those who fought for and some even died for our independence, can never do any wrong. They gave us independence on a platter of gold and diamond. It is a big regret that the independence they gave to us has been destroyed by the rascals who came after them. The founding fathers and mothers will be truning in their graves now, seeing the havocs these rascals are doing to Nigeria.

LETS ALL SEEK THE TRUTH.

@Ben Samuel:
Thanks for your enlightened contributions to the on going discuss.
First, do I missed some parts of Mcintosh article? How does the case of first university get in there?
No one in his/her right mind would dare attempt to say that UI was the first university in Africa or claim it for Awo. Sankore University in Tinbuktu, Mali was established in 1581 while UI was established in 1948. The federal government of Nigeria later established ABU, Unilag and UNN in 1962.
North African countries may "have been playing organized football(soccer) earlier than Nigeria", but did not beat us to good stadium. Of course there were stadia all over Africa and Nigeria before Liberty stadium was built. There was Onikan stadium in Lagos and some other stadia in Ibadan, Enugu and Kaduna. They were rural and useless after sun-set.
The magic word here is "World Class." What makes a stadium world class is its capacity, playing-field, facilities and flood-lights. None of the existing stadia then had adequate capacity or facility. The Liberty stadium Ibadan, a world class stadium was open for business in 1959.
Television was established in Ibadan in 1959. Egypt got TV in 1960. Even with her white population, South Africa came to TV age very late, got it in 1976.
No one has the monopoly of knowledge, so, we all learn everyday. On any given topic, there will always be a disagreement here or there. And when there is, we should man enough not to see the disagreement as an attack on an individual or a tribe.
Table your facts as you see them, let me table mine as I see them. We then go to work on them to find out what is amiss.
The reason for comments is not to provide the opportunity for anyone to insult others with different views but to SEEK THE TRUTH.

ben samuel...

@ ben samuel.
i like the way you argue your ponits with dates, facts and figures.while its known dat even U.I was before awos ife,i always thought liberty satadium was the first in africa or may be sub saharan africa.if you have names of stadium built before liberty satdium, i will like to know and stop writing such.one never stops learning if its true .thanks.

University of Ibadan Not established by a regional govt

My thesis has always been that wrong qualifications and unnecessary ill-informed erroneous comparing and attempt to diminish other icons does no good to the amount of enrichment that could come from an honest examination of his(Awolowo) contributions his strength and weaknessess.

But a lot of people here are very unlettered that any such is ignored, rather they come charged with emotion distort your comments as their emotions enable them to lift words, out of context robbing those words of meanings and pesrpective throw in some wicked spin and before you know it another thing is being discussed. And that is how a place to share ideas and talk about Pa Awo has become where some unfortunate tribal bigots talk about others qualifications and in a nation without good records, they attempt to re-write other past icons integrity and qualifications........... born in a generation of lies deceit and corruption attempt to ascribe the silliness of today's nigeria unto these great icons for they lack the intellectual and analytical capabilities to draw from such knowldge

kiiling the very essence of the rememberance of Awo 's life.

Which Africa?

Mackintosh, please try very much to make your classification right next time, ... first television in Africa, first University in Africa, first modern stadium in Africa, first this first that in Africa, please I beg to ask, which Africa? My advice is this: in as much as we acknowledge and respect the achievement of Awolowo and all he did to his people the Yorubas, it still demands that it should be given the proper qualification without which the writer would be viewed as an ignoramus or uninformed. I think using "West Africa" for qualifying Awo's legacies is modest enough but beyond that is expressing hyperbolic terms. Mind you when you say Africa you automatically imply countries like Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa and others which have had fledging universities, stadia, television stations before those you referred to. Research is made easier by internet, always cross-check what you write. For example, sample out the following on African universities:

Sierra Leone: Fourah Bay College - University of Sierra Leone, 1827
South Africa: University of Cape Town, 1829
Sudan: University of Khartoum, 1902 (renamed in 1956)
Egypt: Cairo University, 1908, public university; The American University in Cairo established in 1919 as a private university
Algeria: University of Algiers, 1909
Uganda: Makerere University, 1922
Ghana: University of Ghana, 1948
Nigeria: University of Ibadan, 1948
Zimbabwe: University of Zimbabwe, 1952
Angola: Agostinho Neto University (as Estudos Gerais Universitários de Angola), 1962
Mozambique: Eduardo Mondlane University (as Estudos Gerais Universitários de Moçambique), 1962.

And I hope you should know that most north African countries started playing organised football way back many decades before Nigeria, need I say South Africa too. please always put things in the right perspective.

Spiritual wickedness is ur belief that you deal with truth

Your belief and really a very genuine but mistaken belief that you are dealing with the truth is at the heart of your spiritual wickedness .

It robs you of that caution it robs of that opennes of mind which is usually the foundation of learning and knowledge. And gives a zealousness upon falsehood for which equally inflames the dark heart of all hates. People do not carry machettes thinking they are working on lies there is always a blind believe on lies and ignorance

Benjani the superior is always the one envied look into history

The subtle attempt to abuse my ethnic is simply laughable because you know that whatever thing that they, do your group does the same except that my group does it better than yours and obviously you know why.

And that is the root of your envy and hatred which actually didnt start with you. Your forefathers started and yet my ethnic survived the hate.........

I will always prefer to come from that group that class that is always envied by all.

Rave and rant scream to high heavens the superior is always the one that attracts hate and envy. And I will always prefer such a class.

Adieus

He didnt pass off his PhD after its published -- Dr Azikiwe

There are many materials that I could bring also from the archives of the British Governement but let me watch you more..............

I wait to see you all being committed in your evil ways

Internet is what you have relied on, when the likes of you have access to it to drop all your wicked heart. Dont you think the world would be opened very mcuh for the influences of evils like you two or three of you.

You amuse me with you lies and tribal hate.

Excerpts It says here is another excerpts PhD in 1934

Excerpts do not hold the whole story about anyone..........I write from detailed knowldege and not internet bits ..here is another excerpts from a personla group that knows him and worked with him personally and intimately a group that by its nature can not allow lies of any kind ...........As confirmation of your flawed integrity and being a blackman you selected excerpts and couldnt bring all the materials you came across that makes you a black if it was a white would have had the integgrity to bring up all

another excerpts................On Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe

Benjamin Nnamdi Azikiwe (November 16, 1904 – May 11, 1996), usually referred to as Nnamdi Azikiwe and popularly known as "Zik", was one of the leading figures of modern Nigerian nationalism who became the first President of Nigeria after Nigeria secured its independence from the United Kingdom on 1 October, 1960; holding the presidency throughout the Nigerian First Republic. Azikiwe was born on November 16, 1904 in Zungeru, Northern Nigeria. His parents were Igbo; his father Obed-Edom Chukwuemeka Azikiwe (1879–1958), a clerk in the British Administration of Nigeria and his mother was Rachel Ogbenyeanu Azikiwe.[3] Nnamdi means "My father is alive" in the Igbo language.[5] After studying at Hope Wadell Training Institution, Calabar, Azikiwe went to the United States. While there he attended Howard University, Washington DC before enrolling and graduating from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania in 1930. He obtained a masters degree in 1933 from the University of Pennsylvania. He worked as an instructor at Lincoln before returning to Africa.
The Rt. Hon. Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Owelle-Osowa-anya of Onitsha, and Zik of Africa was born on November 16, 1904 in Zungeru, Niger State into the family of Obededom Chukwuemeka Azikiwe and Racheal Chinwe Azikiwe. His father was a Government worker, a clerk, and his mother was a trader. He attended various schools in Nigeria, including CMS Central School, Onitsha (1911); Methodist Boys High School, Lagos (1915-18); Hope Waddell Institute, Calabar (1920-21). He was also a pupil teacher at St. Jude’s CMS Central School, Orafite, and CMS Central School, Onitsha (1919). He was a third class clerk with the Treasury Department, Lagos (1921). Residing all over Nigeria enabled him know how to speak the three main languages in Nigeria, Igbo, his mother tongue,Hausa, and Yoruba. After an unsuccessful attempt to stow away to America in 1924, his father saved some money, and gave him for his journey to America.

He left for the United States in the late 20s, as he put it, "in search of a Golden Fleece." While in the US, he worked as a dishwasher, coal miner, potato peeler, car wash attendant, elevator boy, kitchen hand, and waiter, to pay his way through college. He attended Storer College in West Virginia for two years (1925-1927). Due to financial difficulties, he left for Howard University, DC, where he was for two years (1927-1929). In 1929, he entered Lincoln University, PA. In 1930, he received his BA degree in Political Science. His classmates included Thurgood Marshal, the late Supreme Court Justices who left a mark in Americas Judicial system, and Langston Hughes, the late African American Poet. In summer 1930, he was admitted to Columbia University to read journalism, with a scholarship from the Phelp Stokes Fund. He obtained an MA degree in Religion and Philosophy at Lincoln University (1932). While still at Lincoln University, he was employed as a Graduate Assistant in summer 1930. In 1933, he concluded two Master’s degree programs, in Anthropology and Political Science at University of Pennsylvania, PA. He was appointed a full-time lecturer in Political Science in 1933. He taught ancient, medieval, modern and English history, as well as African history. While still pursuing his Master’s at Columbia University, he registered for the Doctor of Philosophy degree at the school. In 1934, his Ph.D. Thesis, “Liberian Diplomacy, 1847-1932” was published as “Liberia in World Politics.” Since his attendance at these schools, he has received many honorary degrees from them, including two from Lincoln University. After accomplishing his academic dreams, he knew it was time to go back to his homeland, to join in the fight to free Nigerians from the evil grasp of Britain, who was then our colonial masters.

He returned to Nigeria in the mid-30s and got involved in politics forming the NCNC party. He was a journalist, which translates, to his running a couple of newspapers of which The West African Pilot was the most prominent of them all. He was actively involved in Nigeria's fight for independence. His dream was finally realized on October 1, 1960 when Nigeria became an independent nation and he was sworn in as her first indigenous Governor-General and Commander-in Chief of the Federation. In 1963, Nigeria became a republic, and he was then made the First

JAY DON, ILL BLOWS THE WIND....

Some wise men have advised me to ignore you and I am going to do just that. But before I go, I have one or two things to say to you.
Zik may have attended 5 or 10 Ivy league schools, but NONE of them AWARDED him a PhD.
You are claiming that you now have the title of Zik's thesis but you wouldn't pass it to us. I really don't need it anyway because I knew Zik had no PhD long time ago. But your refusal to do what you promised can only mean one thing and one thing only, faKE, fAKE, FAKE. FAKERY.
I knew about Okpara's case long time ago too. Okpara had no MD, and if he had practiced medicine before he became east premier that also meant one thing, and one thing only, quack, quaCK, QUACK, QUACK DOCTOR.
@Jay Don, you want black Africans to lift-up their minds? Don't you know that there is nothing more up-lifting than the TRUTH. But unfortunately, you want to lift-up black African minds with falsehood. Anything raised or built on falsehood will surely crumble and fall apart.
With you and your likes' penchant for faitours, conspiracy and fakery, operating in 2011 with a mind set of 1800, why wouldn't things fall apart in your states?

Daoud Akano remember a yoruba gentleman who corrected earlier

Daoud Akano remember it was a Yoruba man with great background who corrected you a few days ago when you challenged my position. I would refer to that therefore I have no much to direct to you.

You obviously submit yourself unto a devils camp that tries to tarnish some icons. And let me remind you that you submit yourself and your family unto the curse that follows lies and distortions.

Your motivations and that ot your cohorts can only be such that motivates low minds drak minded and primitive africans. I have wriiten so much about you that I dont have time for more

Soon I will post a white Colonialist's view, on black/Africans. And I would challenge you to identify, anything about you, and your cohorts, in your contributions, that shows you, as different from those views.

EARLY LIFE:
Azikiwe was born on November 16, 1904 in Zungeru, Northern Nigeria. His parents were Igbo; his father Obed-Edom Chukwuemeka Azikiwe[3] (1879–1958), a clerk in the British Administration of Nigeria[4] and his mother was Rachel Ogbenyeanu Azikiwe.[3] Nnamdi means "My father is alive" in the Igbo language.[5] After studying at Hope Wadell Training Institution, Calabar,[6] Azikiwe went to the United States. While there he attended Howard University, Washington DC[7][8] before enrolling and graduating from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania in 1930. He obtained a masters degree in 1933 from the University of Pennsylvania.[9] He worked as an instructor at Lincoln before returning to Africa.

Newspaper careerAfter teaching at Lincoln, Azikiwe, in November 1934, took the position of editor for the African Morning Post, a daily newspaper in Accra, Ghana. In that position he promoted a pro-African nationalist agenda
AND DIS FROM ANODER

In 1926, he matriculated to Howard University in Washington, D.C. where a hoped for job fell through causing even greater financial strain. Finally, in early 1927, an offer of a steady on-campus job at Lincoln University enabled him to complete his undergraduate degree in Political Science. On to Columbia University and a part-time teaching assistantship, allowing him to obtain a certificate in journalism while editing the november98_4.jpg (41249 bytes)COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY SUMMER SESSIONS TIMES (1930), his first foray into the publishing world. In 1930, Zik was back at Lincoln University where he was awarded an M.A. in Political Science with honors and wrote and published his first book, LIBERIA IN WORLD POLITICS, self, 1931. Finally, in 1932, he traveled on to the University of Pennsylvania on a scholarship where he earned an M. Sc. With honors in Anthropology, coming to the attention of the great Professor Bronislaw Malinowski of London University.

After graduation in the late spring of 1934, Zik journeyed back to Africa, passing up Malinowskis offer of Doctoral pursuits at London University in favor of beginning his efforts on behalf of Africa.

NOW THE ANALYSIS/FACTS AND FIGURES....IT CAN BE NOTED FROM THE 2 ABOVE DAT.
1.was admitted into howard university in 1926.
2.On to COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY and a part-time teaching assistantship, allowing him to obtain a CERTIFICATE IN JOURNALISM while editing the november98_4.jpg (41249 bytes)COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY SUMMER SESSIONS TIMES (1930), his first foray into the publishing world.

3.HE HAD 2 POST GRADUATE DEGREES:1ST LINCOLN UNI.M.A IN POL SCIENCE- 1930 AND 2ND IN UNI OF PENNSYVANIA .MSC With honors in Anthropology.-1933/34

NOW THE SIMPLE LOGIC HERE IS IF HE HAD FINSHED HIS 2ND MATSERS IN SPRING 1934 AND RETURNED TO AFRICA IN THE SAME YEAR 1934.I GUESS SOME FOOLS THINK HE MUST HAVE DONE HIS MASTER FOR A MAXIMUM 5-6 MONTHS...LOL OR MAYBE HE DID IT IN GHANA CUS HE RETURNED TO 9JA IN 1937 FROM GHANA.
2.HE WAS IN COLUMBIA UNI IN 1930 HOW WOULD HE HAVE DONE HIS PHD WHEN HE NEVER HAD ANY POST GRADUATE DEGREE @ DAT TIME?
3.YES HE REGISTERED FOR HIS PHD IN 1934,WROTE HIS THESIS Liberian Diplomacy, 1847-1932” was published as “Liberia in World Politics. But he never compeleted dem cus he returned back to africa the same year, for the lovely and well written thesis, he has received many honorary doctorate degrees from them, including two from Lincoln University.

The Dark & Primitive African mind of hate: Benjani & Adebayor

In many parts of the world the youth especially in recent times in the Middle East & North Africa, the youth are busy laying off government and laying off old thought process, but in Africa and in nigeria you have the old poisoning the youth with their old divisions and hatred, that has not benefited their people.
These old idiots are here busying doing the old style dark hate, spouting out blantant lies with the zeal of tribal bigots they are.

In many developed nations old ways of thinking and the lies that flow with such spirit, are being rooted out by the young, but what is very common in the darkness of Africa is that these very dark and primmitive characters dominate the stage dominate the disocurse and spreading their preoccupation with people and not ideas spreading their ethnic hatred with zeal and passion.

Look through the sounds and politics read through the blogs and media of these african tribes men in Nigeria .in Ivory Coast in Kenya Zimbabwe and across african nations.

They tell you they are not tribalistic yet they use words encompassing and general. They seek out icons of other tribes for abuse and insult, and yet in their intellectual dishonesty and general lack of integrity as we all observe in Ghadafi, and true to such african spirit, while using such tribalistic expressions still in the same pieice of writing deny that they have such primordail tendencies.

In SR we constantly see people invigorated on sectional matters and lacking any vocabulatory or interest on national issues And when they comment on national issues they seek out holes and twists for attacks of tribal nature.

When you seek to pick out for interest of intellectual discussion on anything so long as it has the slightest connection with things of their sectional interest they in very strong words and tones of sectional biase put a negative spin unto your discourse and fail to see anything of intellectual important.

They resort to blantant lies around the icons of their supposed enemies.
Its simply the height of idiocy the nature of lies they embark upon

Benjani Adebayor has listened to call for higher things ....lol

Adebayor you and Benjani are not capable of higher and constructive discourse trust me.

It might indicate something totally new if it turns out that you would have listened to my urge for blacks to lift their minds unto higher things. You have responded by urging your cohorts to turn to higher deliberation.

We shall see whether any of you has such capability. For goats will always give birth to goats......... lets watch.

Benjani & Adebayor you both jokes & damaged...........

Benjani & Adebayor I gace you Columbia and gave you the year. I have the title and the year of publication. There is no need to pass that unto you becuase it doesnt affect anything Azikiwe has nothing to prove to any of you.

I have watched that you both are unable to deal with the simple english language that I have used in various things.

As for ibo and Igbo, they are the same and they refer to the same people and whatver semantic problems you have they are entirely yours and you are allowed to wallow in them.
Sometimes issues of semantics are borne out of silly political agendas and there is no doubt one of you has fallen victim and for me this is not an intelligence audience for dealing wich such matters.

Examples of the effects of Spirirtual Wickedness ..very few of then here

1) I mentioned Coloumbia University about two times yet the two of you are asking that I should give the university. Pure difficulty with basic primary vocabulary.......

2)Mentioned the year and yet waiting for such further details .

I deliberately in my block seek to express myself in very simple vocabulary yet you both seem to have difficulties reading and understading.

3) Used Isreal for illustration and what did you do? .you accused me of calling ibos jews.

As there any integrity in both of you? The answer is none.

I have the title a published title but its not for you because I have nothing to prove to you.
No ibo/igbo has anything to prove to anyone. Benjani I have been told comes from that part that has suffered so much psychologically and have a serious complex and therefore hatred towards the ibos though he speaks that language.

Hatred it is God that spells out what it does and psychology details what it does Obviously there is no doubt you both manifest all that flows with hatred.

Hate as much as you like labour as hard as you can the end of hatred is the same and has Divine condemnation. Of course you dont believe in God for you would not hold unto lies with such dark passion.

I cannot curse you for hatred goes with a curse.

Dr Nnamdi Azkiwe had a PhD from Columbia university USA .
Dr MI Okpara was a Medical Doctor. He didnt just qualify he PRACTICED it.

Now no matter how motivated by tribal hate on the part of Benjani & Adebayor. These men (Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe & Dr MI Okpara) lived very honourable lives. They lived at a time when Nigeria was never in the very mental state of deceit and deception and therefore it can only be out of the bowels of spiritual wickedness would anyone seek to attribute lies unto these men.

What we sow is what we reap. This ia the strongest spiritual law that I have found across all nations.

As Adebayor and Benjani out of hatred seek to rubbish the efforts of these men I have no doubt they have brought upon themselves the full effect of this curse.

Spiritual wickedness blinds people amd makes them impervious to reasoning. Therefore I write not for not for both of you. Yours are not intellectual rather spiritual

JAY DON, YOU LACK RESPECT.

You've told us many times about your good upbringing. Unfortunately, one thing is terribly missing - respect for self and others.
Saying that Zik had no PhD is no hatred of him at all, that is just the fact. I have no hatred for Okpara too. He had no medical degree from anywhere on planet earth. His case is even easier to trace.
Let us know the title of Zik's thesis as soon as your "beautiful yoruba girl" at Columbia send it to you.
WARNING! WARNING!! WARNING!!!
Be advised that just because a candidate submitted a thesis/disertation dosen't mean he/she automatically gets a PhD. A typical example was that of Philip Emeagwali. He submitted his thesis twice at the University of Michigan and was rejected both times. For some years he paraded himself as a PhD holder and as the "father of the internet". Everywhere he went, he called himself Dr. Philip Emeagwali. His picture is on Nigeria postage stamps. Too bad for him the truth came out late last year 2010, . He has no PhD.
So make sure you do a thorough check at Columbia. You have to go beyond the title of his submitted thesis to the actual award itself. Anything less will be uncivilized. Good luck.

Nigerians, blacks lift your minds higher

On SR anyone with internet connection can actually write.........

And in this Information technology age the primitive man largely black and resident in african nations come in with the same spirit of primitivity the same dark haert full of hatred and ignorance.

I have adopted little lines.

One of the early expressions and words of wisdom I learnt when growing up was simply that Great minds discuss ideas and small minds discuss people.

I have here people who out spiritually damaged working hard to tarnish noble images of others not of their tribe. A very african behaviour.
