If the Igbos want us to fight

If the Igbos want us to fight for them, then they should lead the way. This present fight is for the entirety of the Nigerian people, not one tribe or region.

Nigerian leaders are foolish wasters of national resources

fuck benefits!

Jonathan is not Igbo!

Go and read your geography. He is Ijaw and has no blood of igbo in him. You ignoramus who can't even tell the difference between tribes. And stop insulting igbo because you can never be like them. you are jealous and an inconsequential nonentity

An Advice to the President Jonathan

cut down from millons and billions to thousands is the first step President Jonathan before considering subsidy removal in the first place.
MR President, it is obvious that all other sectors are directly connected to Oil and Gas. You should change it by first making constant Power supply. I will save us a great deal.Manufacturing industries,Agricultural industries and other Industries need power to carry out their operation effectively why not do this stop the upcoming crisis.
Please listen to peolpe.

Haven't The Igbos suffered enough for Nigeria ?

@Anonymous,Haven't the Igbos suffered enough for this fake union called Nigeria? From the progrom of Igbos that preceded the civil war,the genocidal massacres of millions of Igbos during the civil war,the seizures of Igbo properties outside Igboland, the heartless reduction of the Igbos to only 20 nigerian pounds in 1970,the continued marginalisation of the Igbos, the serial mass killings of Igbos in all religious/tribal crisis of any sort in nigeria irrespective of whether the issue at stake concern the Igbos or not.
Which other tribe has suufered 25% of these heinous crimes against it's people in Nigeria? Yet the Igbos have continued in the socio-economic development of all the nooks and crannies of this forced-union.I'm a hausa married to an Igboman, indeed to the Igbos(because Igbos treat me as inestimable rare gem),and I know how they Igbos feel.

Jonathan 2012 Budget and Lies

Nigerians must surely rise against Jonathan by all means. Whether or not he reverts back to N65 per litre of fuel, we do not want Jonathan again. Jonathan must go now. We should all stand up against him. Please see what Jonathan is doing with our resources.

Igbo

This Igbo nation again. Their gree will never make them reasonable. Cant they learn from Jonathan's life that if its not ur turn and u take u may not enjoy it

Not as you may have thought

Mr Anonumous, for The Record, regards to your open disgust and hatred for the Igbo Man.You ought to be focused and be logical in your contribution to the fore of what is on board in Nigeria right now, rather than shamelesly betraying your ignorance.

Igbo are simply not involved in the on going protest against fuel subsidy removal, because there are more serious issue on the ground, which has been perpetuating for more than half a century, and still going on even to date,(killings of the Igbo)and no body has seem it deemed to protest about that. Therefore its paramount that we will not be involved in any strike or protest that may be taking place in Nigeria, until this ugly situation is addressed.Igbo does not want Nigerian presidency,it stinks, all we want is our BIAFRA,and it will come to pass very soon.
I suppose you are wiser now,BULL.

What do you expect???

What do you expect from the man that had no shoe before but Nigerians gave him an oversized shoe that is too big for him to carry??? What do you expect from Ngozi than this, she is protecting her job at world bank via IMF. Lamido Sanusi is too refined than this, that he is closing his eyes to this obnoxious budget figures. God will judge them all. I am not disappointed at all about Diezani based on her past record from SPDC where she was catapulted up to Minister of transport. She cried at Benin-Ore road then because of the state of the road and nothing has changed till now. She was moved to solid Minerals then to save her face until her "man" got the shoe now. Who is the Minister of State for Petroleum????. There is a deal there.

This is shameful and crazy

This is shameful and crazy beyond comprehension

WHAT AN EXPENSE ACCOUNT FOR A POOR PERFORMER.

Even the colonialists were not this evil. Its upsetting to see such injustice and stealing by a man who goes to church every sunday- His prayers are obviously to the devil.

These Animals steal so much and then they decide to steal more money and heap misery on us by increasing pump petrol prices because they think the masses are fools.

It was predicted on this forum that the police and Army will turn against the Government as they too are suffering.

There are 150million Nigerians or more living in horrendous poverty and for us, there is nothing to live for other than fighting to put an end to Mismanagement, Nepotism and severe corruption by Governors, Presidents and Senators.

Can this be true.

LSL & NOI came on air & was telling
nigerian dat the govt of GEJ is trying to change things and he not changing the way they spend. They can't claim to be helping us with expenses like this I think bnigeria need more than oocupying the street.

They ll fail again.

We all know that the Igbos are keeping quiet /supporting the removal of fuel subsidy cos of their greed (presidential dreams 2015)...they ll be surprised come 2015, as it always has been, their smart calculations ll fail again.shiooo!!

2012 budget

This is obscene.

THE SUM IS READY!

I DONT KNOW WETHER TO CRY OR LAUGH. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE! THE SUM TOTAL TO BE SPENT ON THE ABOVE FRIVOLITIES IS N4,309,856,000.00! LET US GET SOME PERSPECTIVE HERE. IT WILL PAY OBAMAS SALARY AS PRESIDENT ($400,000) FOR 69YEARS, 24DAYS, 13HOURS. IT WILL PAY THE ANNUAL SALARY OF A U.S. CONGRESSMAN ($174,000) FOR 158YEARS, 9MONTHS, 8HOURS! I STILL LEAVE ROOM FOR UNCERTAINTY BECAUSE I BELIEVE ITS EITHER I AM WRONG IN MY CALCULATION, OR THE PERSON WHO REPORTS THIS HAS MISQUOTED THE BUDGET, OR THE PRESIDENT AND ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS. EVEN A THIEF SHOULD HAVE CLASS. YOU LOOK AT THIS FIGURES AND PEOPLE WILL CALL SUNUSI AND NGOZI FINANCIAL EXPERTS! THEY COULD NOT EVEN CHECK PAST RECORDS FOR DUPLICATE EXPENSES. HOW DID THEY PASS THEIR EXAMS?

Mrs Umbella Jonathan to address her "fellow widows"

Breaking news; Mrs Umbella Jonathan to address her "fellow widows" at the market square 9a.m. January 8th. Deri, please be there !!!

FOLLOWING the mass protests

FOLLOWING the mass protests trailing the removal of fuel subsidy by the government of President Goodluck Jonathan, some Igbo leaders have expressed their support for the action.Addressing journalists on Saturday at Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, the former president- general of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Dr. Dozie Ikedife, said the major problem confronting the controversial removal of fuel subsidy was because the Federal Government failed to explain the action to the masses.Dr. Ikedife maintained that despite the wide range of protests that greeted the Federal Government’s action, many people did not understand the benefits that the action would bring to them and the nation’s economy
