Letter from Lambertus de Boer: Re: Factually Deficient Posting on Sahara Reporters

Mr. Dias: This email is just to give you a "heads up" to make sure that you check your facts before posting incorrect information on the news blog, Sahara Reporters (copy attached). In the future, should such factually incorrect information be posted by you, a libel action would be forthcoming.
I, Lambertus de Boer, was not involved in a trial with the listed parties, "Adebimpe Folayinmi Pogoson, Christine Omatie Ibori-Ibie or Theresa Ibori" in September 2009. I have never dealt with these parties, do not know them and indeed never met them.

Further there was no trial in September 2009 in respect of Mr. Gohil, Mr. McCann and I as you partially suggest or imply. The presumed trial is to do with matters relating to sale of V Mobile common shares by two Nigerian states during 2005 and 2006. Indeed there has yet to be a Plea and Case Management Hearing ("PCMH"), originally set for 22 January 2010 and rescheduled for 26 January 2010. During the short hearing of 26 January 2010 a new date for the PCMH was set for 16 March 2010. This date will be further reset to a date at least 2 months forward. In consequence, we do not know whether there is to be a trial as yet given the likely "Abuse of Process" hearing as well as other matters relating to various factors.

In the event of a trial, the defence case well be addressed vigorously and will in good probability win! There was a valid financial services contract, services were provided and the desired outcome was achieved! The underlying clients made a substantial return on their investment and we were paid the contracted fee! The transaction has been reviewed and investigated at several levels and nothing untoward was found. The clients' accounts have been audited and no funds are missing!

Yours truly,

Lambertus de Boer”

RALLY FOR NIGERIA RESPONSE
Dear Mr. De Boer
Thank you for your email.
I apologise if in any part of the article was factually incorrect
As you correctly state; You were never on trial with Adebimpe Folayinmi Pogoson, Christine Omatie Ibori-Ibie or Theresa Ibori and there was no trial in September 2009
These inaccuracies are merely due to hasty editing on our part and in no way represent an attempt to misrepresent facts.
For the record I will state the facts as presented:
On 9th September 2009, in City of Westminster Magistrates Court the following charges were brought in relation to the sale of V Mobile telecoms shares by two Nigerian States viz. Akwa Ibom State and Delta State against:
Bhadresh Gohil (Date of birth: 5.12.64) of Leesons Hill, Chislehurst, Kent
Daniel McCann (Date of birth:10.7.42) of Valley House, le Vau Bourel, St Mary, Jersey
Lambertus De Boer (Date of birth:13.7.46) of Cray House, 47 Penfold Street, London NW8

- Conspiracy to defraud contrary to common law
- Conspiracy to make false instruments contrary to section 1(1A) of the Criminal Law Act 1977
-Money laundering contrary to section 328 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
-Money laundering contrary to section 328 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
-Money laundering contrary to section 327 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
We wish we could delve deeper into the issue of your clients and their audited accounts but I believe any disclosures in such an issue would prejudice the upcoming trial however I’m sure as you have stated that if the trial is to collapse you would be more than willing to clear up any doubts that might linger as to your honesty.
I will immediately forward the above to Sahara Reporters so as to correct any errors. I look forward to following your trial whenever it comes

Best wishes

Osyman Dias

lambertus is a mini Boer-snake for ibori as named therefore could be trap by his excesses of correction demanding if care is no taking to addressed himself on-behalf of well meaning Nigerian Sahara worthy reporters effort!

Good job. A good lesson on humility and tenancity of purpose which the Ibori group lack. Thieves them all be. Rogue bastards without shame

@Lesky.... You be correct man. I doff my hat for you, Lesky.

@Bethram Taylor.... Go HANG YOURSELF, MR. TAYLOR. Chasing shadow you called it? this fuckers connived with arm robbers like Ibori to bastardize Delta State.

@dapepe
Mr Dias, Job well done and I noticed that in your response Mr Boers name still appears in the charge sheet. So what is Mr Boer's point? If he has never met the suspects before does that mean he hasn't heard of them or carried out any duty in their behalf?
THANK YOU MY BROTHER.

@Lambertus de Boer.... U have not been vindicated yet, investigation is on going... You are a criminal like Chief or Thief James Ibori

It is often said that "to err is human..." but I believe "to admit to faults; and to apologize and retract is most profound." Osyman Dias has demonstrated not only how human he is (we all are humans, too); but how honorable and gentlemanly he is willing to be. @ Nashville and Bethram Taylor... you are both ignorant of the dynamics of news scooping... and you are both mischievous!!!

Osyman Dias, or is it OZYMANDIAS, of " .. . here lies Ozymandias, the king of kings, look ye and despair!", hope I got it right, its been so long ago, 30 something years since I attended Poetry classes. Anyways your friend Lambertus De Boer should well despair, for like we say in Hausa, your additional explanations simply say "ba cinya ba kafar baya" (translates roughly thus: "it's not a thigh, but the upper hind leg").
This Lambertus man, na wa o! Keep it up Ozy or OsymanDias, look around for more in other areas. God is always with the righteous. I de salute!

Let us pay more attention to 'technicalities' in the future. This is an area where I think those who want to hold Nigerians hostage wil exploit from now on. Watch this space!

Any matters relating to sale of V Mobile common shares by these two Nigerian states was a big fraud just like all the trasactions conducted by most Governors barring some good ones, so Mr Lambertus de Boer you are criminal and a thieving bastard for trying to pull a fast one, Libel my backside. What the hell are you doing getting yourself involved in Vmobile shares and on behalf of corrupt and vile governors. Go stick your libel were the sun dont shine.

Mr Dias, Job well done and I noticed that in your response Mr Boers name still appears in the charge sheet. So what is Mr Boer's point? If he has never met the suspects before does that mean he hasn't heard of them or carried out any duty in their behalf?

Is always nice to have the news first but is much better if it's accurate, i hope this will be a lesson to you all. such actions may not only have financial effects but will also tarnish your image. i wish you all the best of luck.

Osyman Dias, Go get a life and stop chasing shadows!!!Jobless man!
