Why all these sponsored campaign to dethrown GEJ. Corruption was unheard of in naija until mallams started what they call oil blocks allocation. It's really sad that catholics are the ones condemning corruption. During my last visit to 9ja the experience I had in a catholic church Enugu was an eyesore. The reverend father was a professional gambler. Numerous offerings were conducted, ranging from that of man united fc fans, chelsea fc fans etc. It was a contest of which club had more fans and which can donates more. This is just a tip of the iceberg of the extortion that took place in the church on that fateful day. I realised it was a common practise in the church. Catholics should first put their house in order before coming to make a fool of themselves in public. Every crook, fraudsters and religious gangsters have suddenly become anti-corruption crusaders since GEJ became the president. I cant believe the catholic church is talking about human rights abuse. They should first deal with the sex abuses they inflicted on unsuspecting souls in the catholic churchand the protest that closed a corrupt parish in Owerri recently. This is a continuation of the Catholics vs PFN saga because of the PFN leadership of CAN. Not used to being in the back burner, they criticize Jonathan because he is friends with Oritsejafor. The catholics parleyed past leaderships before now when they represented CAN and I cant remember them condemning the leadership of the nation for corruption and destruction of the social and moral fabric of our society which started then under the catholic church leadership of CAN. They should shut up and be humble. Everything wrong in Nigeria today was wrong before Jonathan became president. After all, many of the criminals are Catholics. But, if you have the decency to re-asses this submission, you will see that it is precisely men like you who sustain corruption. I am still trying to understand how you have established the correlation between Bazaar sells and corruption. For crying out loud, there is the ideal of the catholic faith, and the concrete expression of that faith. Even if you have issues with the practice of catholicism, does that imply that the ideal should also be silenced? FOr men like you nothing is wrong with Nigeria. You know why you think so. and it is not within my competence to question why. My hope is that you will atleast have the civility to let those who think otherwise also air their views.
