The signs have been on the wall for a while, this is a flight that refused to open the flight first aid box to give a young passenger anagelsic (panadol, Tynerol ) tablet on a 9 hrs flight after so much delay at the point of departure.
Question - Why did the cabin crew not identify the seriousness of the illness

A fee paying passenger develops health issues mid air, the unprofessional pilot insists on continuing the flight without any attempts whatsoever to seek medical help for the distressed passenger. Am I being told that other hapless passengers were on this flight with a corpse?

Arik Air has demonstrated enough disdain for air passengers to merit an international sanction. What are we waiting for?

This man very likely died of pulmonary embolism ( a blood clot in the lungs). If the account of what happened is correct, then the pilot and crew had enough time to return to base or make an emergency landing at the nearest country so the man could get medical treatment. Reputable airlines like BA would have done just that. That says so much about what life means to nigerians either as individuals or corporate entities.
