Chibuzo, i appreciate your constructive and fact based comment. We are here to be rightly informed so that we can contribute to the development of Nigeria and also learn where there is a mistake. I know by now, His Excellency Orji Kalu will be full of regrets because of some of his miscalculation in Abia State. However, i will not take away his courage as a man as i pray that he will be able to weather the current storm in his political life and bounced back fully. We are all aware of Tinubu the former Gov did with his state money until Fashola came to his rescue and yet the whole Yorubas has joined forces with him as their leader. Let us bring Orji Kalu down and see which Igbo man again will have the mind and courage to face the federal govt

Re OUK, I just wish that our "godfathers" will learn their lessons. No legacy built on deceit and plans to continue to "rule by proxy" can last. "Obi will never remain a boy forever". When "Eze goes to school" in Govt House and sees all the security votes, the "centre can no longer hold" and therefore, OUK is "no longer at ease". Asset sharing abi?

Anyway, OUK was very rich before becoming Gov, but definitely, things "did happen". But the calamity is that the man is "finished politically"; unless they make him the minister of Youths and Sports... the only area I think he can excel nationally.

I’m happy to be called all sort of negative names just for my position on the person of Orji Kalu and i will never be deterred, i believe that those who are negatively convinced that Orji Kalu stated life after he became Governor has read the recent report by Joint Task Force on verification of Assets of Public Officers which also released the identify of corrupt public officers for further investigation and yet Orji Kalu’s name was not among those who newly acquired houses after becoming Governor even when Kalu owned a mansion in Maryland USA or claimed what he does not have . I’m very happy that the team decided to collate copies of the Assets Declaration of all State Governors as a starting point, and boldly Kalu already worth billions in his declaration which can be investigated, people should try and learn how to verify information before making comments. Yes, i agreed that Kalu did not do much as Governor of Abia state and cannot be said to be all clean as a human but not to the proportion people are alleging. Point of correction, i’m not close to Kalu and i’m not in the same political camp with him neither does he even know me. Everything that I've read about this man, Mr. Orji Uzor Kalu is about WURUWURU, ranging from his School cert, Univ. of Maiduguri adventure, the time I read that he made a donation in Northern Nigeria with fake money to his ignominous reign as Abia governor, "his" leadership series in the Sun newspaper, and, just recently, I also read that a young lady met her untimely death in his house in Potomac, Maryland (although Maryland police exonorated him after a battery of tests on him).

He should not be somebody that any growing kid should try to emulate. It is just a matter of time, one day, the law will catch up him.

It is people like Chima Obiwuru that are contributing to the demise of Nigeria. People like Chima Obiwuru are praise singer to anyone who corruptly enriched themselves thru govt and then come out to say hey, this man was "very rich" or a "billionaire" before he came to govt. For people like Chima Obiwuru, they either directly benefited from the loot perpetuated by people like Kalu on the people of Abia State, or indirectly benefited thru a relative or some sort.
If Orji Kalu was a "billionaire" before he became governor as alleged by Chima Obiwuru, where was it ever reported and what was his source of income. Because if he does have a legitimate source of income, it would have be known all over the world and the Nigeria in particular. Chima Obiwuru, you are part of the problem in Nigeria - Dirty praise singer who do not care about the suffering of the majority.

Without holding brief for Orji Kalu, people should please cross-check their records before making comment about Orji Kalu because he was never among the paupers that became governors in 1999 to 2007. Orji was already a billionaire before coming into government, though i have many reservations about his governance in Abia state which could also be attributed to the federal might of OBJ to determine what happen in our states thereby making Orji to lose focus but to fight for his survival. Let us be constructive in our comments because without the likes of Orji Kalu we won’t be talking about election in 2011 as OBJ would have become a life president through his tenure enlongation.

I have no brief to hold for Orji kalu, Ibori, or Alamseghia. But we must not have a Nigeria where those from a section of the country that used trailers to steal Nigeria dry must be walking free and even come back to rule us, while comparatively minor offenders are hounded or thrown to jail.
