Actually there were TWO separate explosions, One from the faulty Electricity Transformer and the second from a cache of explosives used for quarry blasting none was an intentioal explosion.
The worrying aspect is just how the Police have become utterly halpless in this whole issue. The nation has to investigate the cause(s) of this catastrophic failure by a principal law Enforceement Agency given their "bravery" when faced with 'Captured' suspects such as the APO-6!!
