The executive director of the Ola Oni Centre in Oshogbo, Osun State, and renowned former student activist, Abiodun Kolawole, has died in a road accident.
Comrade Kolawole and his wife died instantly as a 14-seater bus he was driving from Ifako Ekiti reportedly hit a huge crater and then somersaulted.   His assistant was also critically injured.

The former student activist at the University of Lagos rose to the position of Secretary General of the National Association of Nigerian Students under the leadership of Olusegun Mayegun during the vibrant years of the national student body.

Death of Comrade Biodun

This is a tragic loss. Earlier this year we lost Olaitan and now Biodun and the wife. May his soul, his wife's and those of other departed comrades rest in peace.

The criminal vortex of criminal neglect continues!

Must we continue to say, 'rest in peace', whenever Nigerians continue to languish and lose their precious lives as a result of government neglect of its constitutional duties? That death-procuring crater on that road was a result of criminal neglect of government responsible for its maintenance/repair. Government's boldness and daring of the citizenry are becoming worrisome and outrageous! And from the government's conduct one of the chief criminals in embezzling road maintenance/construction money, in the person of Tony Anenih, has been rewarded with another plum job in the NPA! What a mess! What an effrontery! Maybe, Jonathan thinks that Nigerians have become that docile that they can accept any form of fumbling and mess by the leaders! We watch! But, what should I say before signing off? May the souls of these victims of government criminal neglect rest in peace.

Na core Northerners kill dem

Na core Northerners kill dem like dem kill Azazi and Yakowa. Ask middlebelt youths.

Bygone Days

... Requescat In Pace ... Kajire o... Amen.

The deaths never stop

And yet, two other deaths for which those who stole money meant for road construction/rehabilitation will have to answer for in the court of God. The pedestals that earthly NIGERIAN churches place these thieves matter very little because they will have to face the wrath of God, no matter little comfort that may give to the families of the hundreds of thousands who have lost their lives on Nigeria's death traps of roads.  The Kolawoles will never see their kids, who must be young, get married.  May their souls find peace with the Lord.

The Roads in NIgeria

A group of Nigerian lawyers has come together to say to the government of Nigeria, that 'enough is enough'. Nigerians are dying and being maim as a result of poorly and failure to adequately maintain roads in this country.

The Class Action will be taken against the Government of Nigeria, once we have a thousand people signed up wanting the group of Nigerian Lawyers to represent them in regard the accident caused to them or their loved ones as a result of poor or lack of maintainance of the roads.

So please let's join hands together and fight the government of Nigeria regarding the state of our roads.

PLEASE POST PICTURES OF THE POT-HOLES AND DITCHES ON THE ROADS, ACCIDENTS AND RESULTS!!!

ONCE WE HAVE 1000 PEOPLE WANTING US TO TAKE THIS CLASS ACTION, THEN WE WILL FIGHT YOUR FIGHT!!!

PLEASE JOIN: CLASS ACTION AGAINST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA- on Facebook

SAD NEWS,WISH ONLY LOOTERS AND FAMILIES PERISH ON OUR BAD ROADS

When lives of struggling hard working young people are destroyed due the fact that our politicians prefer to loot the peoples commonwealth instead of using the God-given resources to provide basics like good roads,I just wish that the misfortune of dying on our death-trap roads will be restricted to these thieving politicians, their families and hangers-on alone.
This young man lost his life because the vehicle he and his wife were travelling in hit a pot-hole,his wife also died, what a dangerous place to call home and how long shall we continue to allow these politicians have their wicked way?
May they find peace,at least the suffering has ended.Amen

May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. He was a real gentleman and today indeed will remain a dark day for those that believed in true student unionism. He pursued the cause of others without asking for a reward, unlike what is happening these days.
