Firecracker warehouse infernos is becoming an annual event in Lagos. It's happened every year in the last few years at different locations. I would have expected the state goverment to either barn the importation or massive storage of firecrackers by now. Especially since the importers have consistently refused to implement satefy standards that will prevent this jind of occurence.
