They should not even try it instate all aspirants should be allowed to contest for the primaries and the so call Mr Amos should be thinking on how he will settle his problem with EFCC and stop thinking of coming to steal again at the LGA because sooner or later EFCC will find him and as for Mr Governor he should not event think of it because he knows his people so well.

I write as a stakeholder from Jema'a LG and wish to state the facts as follows,that:1) Is untrue to say that the Governor who had gone round the 3 Senatorial Districts of Kds admonishing all PDP members against any impositon or anointed candidates will turn around to insist on a candidate for his LG 2)Stakeholders & the party zoned the chairmanship to GODOGODO zone 3)The ff emerged as contestants Y. Chindo,A. Mabin, M. Gandu & D. Amos.4) Yunana Barde who indicated interest didnt gett the support of his ward.5)M. Gandu didnt pick the nomination form. 6)All aspirants participated and DAN AMOS won.7)We are proud to have the Governor from our LG and we can state unequivocally tthat he is the best the state ever had,his past records as the former Minister; federal Perm Sec; SSG Kds & Dep Gov attest to this.

How was the EFCC boss in 2005 that prosecuted these people? Is it Mr Ribadu? If the answer is yes, then forget that. He was only busy prosecuting opponents of his boss. Can Ribadu subject himself to probes, as he was among the people who were very dishonest during that era of shameful leadership in that country called Nigeria.

Reuben, re-read the story. Your boss and PDP Kaduna were accused of fielding suspected EFCC criminal, it seem you know little of Kaduna nay Nigeria. The guy was truly a suspected criminal and EFCC prosecuted him. The documents are clear, your boss is a silent criminal.

THOSE WHO THINK AMOS HAS A CASE TO ANSWER SHOULD GO TO COURT EVEN AFTER THE ELECTION RATHER THAN COMPLAIN.

What are we saying? Is the constitution not clear about such a case? Find your evidence, present it in the court and let's see whether the court will not act. All this politics of arm twisting is no good.

@ MR REuben...Rather than working hard to absolve the Governor of any complicity, try and clarify if Dan was once and still under investigation by the Efcc. To me this should be the crux of the issue.

Based on this story of His excellency, Governor Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, i felt there is an urget need to clarify certain inconsistencies contained in the story.

first, let me emphatically state that Governor Yakowa still remain a " clean Governor" in all previous post he had held in Nigeria.
secondly, prior to the LG elections, he took time to hold a town hall meeting in all the 3 senatorial zones of the state where he declared that he doesnt have any prefered candidate. He made this assertion based on rumours being circulated by some aspirants that they were his annointed candidates. so, its a complete deviation from the truth for sombody to accused the governor of imposing any candidate.
It is also noteworthy that Dan Amos was not the only candidate as contained in your story. Yohanna Chindo, Yunana Barde and Andrew Mabin all took part in the keenly contested primary, which Dan Amos won. So its not true that the Governor imposed anybody in the LG elections.

All of them are bird of the same feather, so what do you expect? What do you expect a scam to do at the helms of the affairs of a Local Government? To loot the Treasury and share the loot between the Governor and the PDP State Chairman.

We are in a country where anything goes. Pity!

If the trial is unfinished and he is wanted by the EFCC then at least they now know where he is and should be arrested. That way he will not be available for the election period. Yakowa has no business stopping from contesting since there no conviction to his name.

I do not know the candidate in question but I am surprised that those who knew he was a 'fugitive' from justice failed to report approrpiately until they lost the PDP primary elections. How more selfish and self serving could they be? Hmmm!!
