Where wer you when Ribadu declared his assets in 2008. He categorically made it clear that his only property is the family house he has in Adamawa and an undeveloped plot in Abuja both of which he bought before assuming the office of EFCC chairman.

It might also interest you to know that upon further investigation into how he bought his present family residence in Abuja (bought while he was EFCC chairman), Ribadu clearly revealed that the house belongs to his father-in-law as he couldn't pay for it when it was put up for sale.

His wife seeing that her family was on the verge of been trown out into the street ran to her father for assistance on the issue at hand and it ia on evidence that at this said period, his father-in-law collected a loan from the bank to pay for the house.

Am suprised by the guilty verdict passed by Chief Emmanuel Eigbini,my question to Emma is, is it possible to pass senate screening without submitting the neccessary papers which of course includes the duly completed asset declaration form? if you contested for governorship in Delta state am suprised that at your level you cannot shift the wheat from chaff. where were you when Ribadu was dismissed from efcc, his certificate at Nipps witheld for no reason, demoted and dismissed from police force and escaped two assasination attempts? pls lets celebrate the few good nigerians like Ribadu.

why is Ribadu not bold enough to publicly declare his assets till date for public probe rather than using Falana and others to adopt legal tactics to cover him up? for someone like him that i highly respect, I expected him to do so without even being asked to. I voluntarily declared my assets to EFCC through him in July 2006 and demanded efcc probe me which was done in early 2007 based on his order before the governorship election which I vied for in delta state. I was found not guilty by efcc of corruption and illegal accumulation of wealth. pls Ribadu, I advise you to follow my footstep to clear your name once and for all, otherwise people like me will strongly hold that you are indeed guilty of fraud, corruption and money laundering. eigbini@yahoo.com
