i think it is high time we started marking the enemies of the country, yes we have bad political leaders but the way and manners the journalist caption and report news can carry a very negative effect,If you don't have news to report or you don't know how to report one ask professional instead of writing unnecessary implications.

In asmuch as the new governor has the right to bring in his team, that right is tempered on the fact that the new team does not have to be completely made of Hausa/fool-ani moslems at the expence of Southern Kaduna Christians who constitute more than half the population of that state. The composition of the top government functionaries ought to reflect the ethnic and religious diversity of the state.

The caption of this story looks quite mischievous. Instead of 'Key Aids of Late Governor Yakowa Ousted from Kaduna State', the piece should've been titled, Governor Yero Appoints New Aids, or something like that, if indeed no mischief is intended.

What is the big deal if Governor Yero changes such strategic principal officers? Or did anyone expect him to retain the aids he inherited from late Yakowa?

I believe that anyone in the position of the new governor would've done the same thing. As a matter of fact more should be expected. I am sure Governor Mukhtar Yero will effect some changes to the state Exco in order for him to be in full control.

Journalism should give peace a chance by allowing the people of Kaduna state to bemoan their beloved late governor while developing the necessary strategies to move on with life.

Of course, this is expected. The Governor must have his close and personal confidants whom he can confidently work with. But instead of booting them out of government house, he should have reassigned them elsewhere; either in the government house or to any of the ministries.
