I have bn following this story with keen interest and was quick to form an opinion like most Nigerians due to the fact that we may not have received enough democracy dividend. But on second thought I decided to wait for the facts before concluding. I read d rebuttal from Masters Energy which had documentary evidence of the fact that the minister Emeka Wogu or any member of his family had relinquished ownership or any link with Pinnacle Contractors before the said transactions took place.They also supported with evidence the fact that the petroleum products where actually imported into the country. I think as Nigerians, in the cause of us trying to push for good governance we should not engage in jungle justice. We should desist from crucifying without evidence.I wont be surprised if this is a politically motivated false accusation against the person of the Hon. Minister.

Emeka Wogu left the company since April 2010, but his wife and son were still directors until 2012, the period where there was alleged fraudulent claim of Subsidy. Tell me how Emeka Wogu can be a judge in his own case, when his wife and son are involved.
