Nigeria's Amos Adamu Suspended By FIFA Over $800,000 Bribe Scandal

This man Adamu has been the bane of Nigerian Football and FIFA has been shielding him from being punished. He stood against the government's effort and reorganizing the Football body in Nigeria as that will not favor him at all. There has been series of accusations at home leveled against Adamu and he rebuffed them with immunity. I hope with this unveiling act, FIFA would not interfere in whatever action the Nigerian Government might want to take. Adamu has disgraced the entire country.

My wish will be to see the Government of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan probing and prosecuting this man called Amos Adamu. He is one of the few Nigerians has given this country a bad name fore the international community.

We are happy at this development and FIFA judgment although it is not enough.

What Adamu has done was simply not new in the nigerian consciousness. He was merely living out a Nigerian culture. Nigeria is a failed state, a pariah state whether you like it or not. It is a FAILED STATE! period

If FIFA really knows that the guy´s real name is not Amos Adamu, they will do more that just suspend him. The will actually charge him to court for impersonation. If he is able to work with a fake name, asking for bribe is just a childs play.

This FIFA people sef. Dont they know how we do our things here. All projects/programmes initiated must first of all be of benefit to the initiator(s) and not the people we claim we serve. I have always known that no Nigerian will continue to work in a place except there is something for him or her. Amos Adamu almost killed Late Patrick Okpomo over CAF and FIFA duties.
