Northern Political Leaders Forum Consensus Candidate Committee Conclusion Of Assignment

Mallam Adamu Ciroma
By SaharaReporters, New York

Below is the text of the statement released by the Adamu Ciroma's committee announcing Abubakar Atiku as its' choice as "Northern PDP Candidate":

We are pleased to announce that we have concluded our assignment of arriving at a consensus candidate today and one out of the four aspirants who submitted themselves to the process has emerged. He is ATIKU ABUBAKAR.

2. We are glad and proud that we have finally arrived at this outcome after
several weeks of hard work and wide consultations. We are proud because of the unusual honour and extraordinary privilege given us by the four gentlemen who placed their political destinies in our hands. We are humbled by the strength of their faith. We appreciate their humility and cooperation. We have been reassured by all of them that they will work together to enable ATIKU ABUBAKAR clinch their party’s ticket in the presidential primaries.

3. We thank all Nigerians, supporters and critics alike for their views over these past several weeks. While we note these views and respect each one of them, we insist that no individual, organization or society dreaming of success and greatness can achieve these dreams without respect for others and honouring agreements voluntarily entered into. This is especially so where these agreements have been transformed into a binding document, a constitution, which governs the conduct of those who subscribe to it.

4. We call on all Nigerians to reflect on this. We also call on all delegates to the forthcoming party conventions to take these into account while casting votes.

God bless the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Thank you.

Signed:
Chairman: Adamu Ciroma

Secretary: Abdulkadir Sabo Bello

Zonal nonsense that never works

In Aburi Ghana 1967 ,in the presence of Presidents of other African nations under OAU ,powerful men in Africa ,men that worth their onus in gold ,an Agreement was reached between a neutral awusa ,note this he was not a sharialist or jihadist, but awusa is an awusa and they hate igbo people with passionate unity. An agreement of CONFEDERATED STATE was signed and sealed with signatures of presidents and it was binding ,but come with me again.....in less than 48 hours after that solid agreement was signed ,sealed and delivered ,the same awusa agreement was violated with utter disdain ,the same Gowon [a moderate awusa man] who signed the agreement ,sent in tanks and battalions to march into alaigbo through obulu afor Nsukka and wipe us off the surface of the earth.AGREEMENT WITH AWUSA IS LIKE HAVING RATTLE SNAKE AS A PET.

That was the begining of the Nigerian problems .....then another agreement with awusa was reached again in 1979 ,when it was agreed ,signed and sealed that after head master Shehu Shagari tenure, that DR Alex Ekwueme ,the Ide of Oko ,who is 500 times more qualified than any candidate from the north will take over.It was the second agreement ,but ,,,,,,
In 1983 when it was glaring that Dr Alex Ekwueme will benefit from the agreement ,an Awusa gang in the Name of General Buhari and a Fulani man called Brigadier Tunde Idiagbon used guns and bullets to put a stop at that agreement ,to rub it in ,they send Ekwueme to prison just to dare us and challenge us to a bout.AGREEMENT WITH AWUSA IS LIKE HAVING RATTLE SNAKE AS A PET.

Third Zonal agreement ,it was agreed that As BOT chairman that after OBJ has done one tenure in 1999 that Dr Alex Ekwueme is going to take over as PDP candidate ,do you remember what happened ? well IBB ,convinced Emirs who convinced Atiku that it is safer to leave power with OBJ that an igbo qualified man to get it, and that sealed Ekwueme,s faith in JOS.AGREEMENT WITH AWUSA IS LIKE HAVING RATTLE SNAKE AS A PET.

Now Mazi Kevin ANI ,is this same awusa people you want to have another agreement with ?
Is this the same people you think will honor any agreement that will favor onye igbo ?
i really really want my old KEVIN back ,the one i am seeing now is not Kevin Ani ,,,i want that one that loved Igbo land and not this one that is kissing up to same Awusa that used napal bomb on us.

This reminds me of when

This reminds me of when Senator McCain picked Sarah Palin as his running mate in the 2008 presidential election. It was smooth sailing for Obama from then on. Here we go again, Atiku Abubakar is the best the North can offer? At least this time they made their unwise choice themselves. They have no OBJ to blame this time around.

So when Jonathan defeats the homosexual Atiku in the primaries then what? Buhari becomes their consensus candidate?

Saraki is a better package

Saraki is a better package than Atiku. It is a pity that Chirom is making it easier for GEJ.

bad consensus

It is bad consensus from myopic Ciroma committee the new, *sarduanan Arewa* for picking Atiku as a common candidate of PDP, had the committee forgotten the same Atiku is not a sellable commodity in the north looking at his undeserved remarked when he enjoyed the power drunks as nation VeePee toward the peoples and the region.

I don’t know what kind of criteria the Ciroma committee followed in picking Atiku, had the committee forgotten that Nigeria need credible leader who may not compromise on values to achieve the vision in making Nigeria a country where every citizens have sense of belonging not a leader that will care for himself, offspring ,friends and sycophants. Yan Arewa would not forgotten in hurried concerning the controversial characters of so called common candidate which narrow-minded Ciroma committee picks, had the committee forgotten many issues that implicate Atiku in many scandals like PTDF, Halliburton, COJA and BPE just to mentions few, had the Northern Elders political Forum forgotten that Atiku was the nation VeePee for 8 years but the road lead to his home state is the worst and a dead traps to motorist.

Atiku engineering much of the northern people unbearable hardship when he was a nation VeePee because the same Turaki head the national economic council, had we the ordinary Yan Arewa will not forgotten that Atiku finished the northern region economically inline with OBJ policies of making the region backward and also put Yan Arewa more into poverty under the PDP government which Atiku is part of the problems for 8 years its was during his time the only legacies the Gamji Dan kwarai left behind like Bank of the north force into merging with bankin tara mara sa amfani now unity bank why Turaki, Ciroman Fika and they co travelers shouldn’t save one of Gamji legacy in helping the Bank to meet the financial obligations set aside by CBN in recapitalization policy that lead the death of bank of the north which it failed in raised its capital base to N25 billion.

@ Sumanguru, You are probably right!

@ Sumanguru, Thanks Samanguru. You are probably right. All the more reason why a national conference is mandatory IF a free and fair election is successfully held in 2011.

Nigeria at the moment is only being held from breaking up by the strings of corruption that binds all the politicians together.

The majority of the people are waiting crumbs from the tables of our present Colonizers - Corrupted Political genre.

Stop stereotyping the North

I wonder who are the myopic ones here? Isn't it common knowledge that the only time the north majority voted for PDP was 1999? Then why do you people here keep attributing the PDP affair to the northern people. The northern common man has clearly shown since 2003 that his choice was and is still general Buhari. He has no love or sympathy whatsoever for the PDP. And yet you people keep saying that why don't the northerners bring credible candidate like Buhari or Ribadu? I think by now even a deaf and blind man would have known the direction of the northern masses regarding the presidential aspirants and few people would argue against the credibility of General Buhari especially when it comes to fighting corruption. What is most surprising however is, despite all this the southerners failed to give the poor northerner a break, 'this northerners they bring thiefs'; well they brought an unblemished patriot but you said he is a religious bigot and wrongly so. It seems to me that the southerners with all their so called literacy and civility have accepted the idea that PDP is synonymous to the presidency, that the only aspirant capable of being president is the PDP candidate! How very unfortunate! How uncivilized! How cowardly!

Why don't the Nigerian people in general and the southerners in particular wait and see the outcome of the PDP convention and if Jonathan win the ticket then fine, go and slug it out with the opposition in the general elections. If however, the so called thief Atiku wins, then by all means boycott the PDP and vote for the aspirants in other parties, is it so complex a concept to understand? God knows there are enough credible people to choose from, some of them even more credible than Jonathan; in fact we are even spoilt for choices - Buhari, Ribadu, Pat Utomi, Rochas, Shekarau and there are many more to come.

It is time to stop the finger pointing of the northerners/southerners (no matter how satisfying it feels) and stand up to be counted.
The time is now people!!! Good luck to all of us!

@Don Jay, if i may quote u

@Don Jay, if i may quote u "The south is somewhat more sophisticated and diverse as to come together for such a primitive assignment".
Mr sophisticated , u dont use sophistication to come together and lead. leadership is always a give and take thing between both parties involved and that is why the north has always misrule Nigeria even though military leadership while the south are always deluded with sophistry and still unable to rule.

Good talk pete.

Good talk pete.

@OPC

@OPC,: "desert and we progressives from the south shall unite and push away these desert destined nomads". that is too hard on most northerners. OPC, please, learn to differentiate between politicians and ordinary hard working northerners. Enlightened and polish (sorry progressives) don't just judge blindly but objectively.

Our nation is about to be looted!

Do you all think that IBB, Saraki amd Gusau stepped down just because they love Nigeria??
***WATCH OUT!! They will be the folks to nominate vice president, minister of finance and minister of petroleum~SO, the nation is about to be seriously looted AND may not recover after this coming 4 years!!!

FROM STEPPING ASIDE, TO SHAMEFUL EXIT.

Do we call it the ultimate step aside, or how the North fell Babangida, or the fall before the fall, or the last illusion of IBB, or how Obasanjo did his brother in, or MKO still speaks, or IBB, the beginning of the end, or the downfall of IBB, or the Aso rock return that never was, or Buhari, the supremacy of Independence, or how not to join the multitude, or Ciroma's bandwagon, the axing down of the unwise "genius", or political palace coup, Customs might, not military might, Sheu Musa Yar'adua still powerful in death still, or how Atiku sent IBB packing? Gentlemen, whichever we settle for i simply pray that they will all be gentlemanly enough to respect this verdict before the verdict as IBB said in his interview that : they all agreed to abide by the outcome of the process. On Ciroma we stand for these four. We now can welcome Goodluck Jonathan, Muhammadu Buhari, Atiku Abubakar and Dele Momodu. This appears the best opportunity for Pat Utomi and Rochas Okorocha to come out in a Nation for all without any restriction of undemocratic zoning. They appear missing or completely unprepared. Who says its not the time for South East? The Ndigbos themselves perhaps. We love their indutry, we love their gallantry. We dare not blame anybody but them for awaiting a 2015 that might never be. The truth is bitter.

@ELMANGO MEAT

Thanks for a brilliant analysis. Unfortunately, you have not gone far enough. These developments point unwaveringly to the final break up of the entity known as Nigeria(not just the PDP) as predicted by the United States sometime ago.

At the end of the day, we will have a 'Northern' candidate and GEJ as Southern candidate. Whoever purpots to win will be unacceptable to the opposing bloc. After that the situation becomes fluid...

I am a little flustered that Atiku is the best the North can do at these trying times. In my opinion, they have not put their best foot forward. Atiku, a convicted felon, a criminal with several questionable deals, a gerontocrat and a known political prostitute. What is this country coming to? I think they have ended up making GEJ's job easier while unwittingly accelerating the downward slide of this contraption. May God help us.

dont blame him sahara

dont blame him sahara reporters and the commentators, the man is using 2nd eyes, he cant see...look at his eyes is rubber stamped, no wonder he choosed atiku cos from that eyes come corruption...

Come on guys.The north has

Come on guys. The north has not selected Atiku as the president of Nigeria but that of the north. Cant you read and understand? They say northern candidate not Nigerian candidate! It seems to me north is bracing up for the break up of Nigeria which is warmly welcome by the south. Come 2015, there shall be no country called Nigeria. Atiku can feast on the desert and we progressives from the south shall unite and push away these desert destined nomads.

PDP break up is already in process!

I suggest you get a cup of tea, coffee or kola nut for this winding review of the crumbling PDP.

OBJ may not have been given an upper cut by his most recent assailant, but his delinquent family members in PDP are getting hit on a daily basis. I have been away whilst spending some time in the last few weeks COLLATING this EVIDENCE.

Of immediate and long term import is the recent announcement by Ciroma that has finally anointed Atiku as the consensus 'Northern' candidate. This now confirms to me a milestone and our entry into the next phase of Nigeria's political development and the eventual dissolution of the so called biggest PARTY (as in political) in Africa; though they have also had a riotous time with our financial resources over the last decade!

If this development comes to pass, then we would be at the cusp of attaining our true political independence, a SALVATION NIGERIA truly deserves. Will it happen or is it already happening? What political landscape will result with the impending and final break up of PDP?

In my opinion the evidence is glaring for all to see that the break up is already in process We shall all be truly floored in the next few weeks to see the ease and rapidity at which PDP unravels before our eyes. The only thing left to complete our evolution into the final phase of political and economic liberation is for the opposition to move in quickly, not to kill PDP, but to take advantage of its implosion and organise the grass roots to gear up Nigeria to be be back on course for a total moral and physical restructuring, reorientation and development of the country once again.

On a world scale, Nigeria is at a low point and our station as an African power has waned significantly; no thanks to the loathed PDP that helped to bastardise our fragile and underdeveloped National institutions. So do not expect any tears to be shed by me or anyone of the millions of impoverished Nigerians that have suffered under the present precarious undemocratic democratic dispensation as per PDP.

Who is holding Nigeria back? Why? Is it true that Bankole has a major role in this retarded state of our power generation? Who can confront and challenge their fiefdom? Was Obasanjo's period the start and apogee of their reign?

Why is PDP set to degenerate?

Can you believe that Ibori, a major power broker of PDP, the cowboy that drove Ribadu out of town is struggling to avoid being sent to Brixton to join his estranged wife for the next 5 years?

Uduaghan is now history. His summary dismissal by an semi-enlivened and corruption encrusted Judiciary, has now caused a public and highly embarrassing political rift between Clark and his political mate/son Goodluck- if the papers are to be believed.

In Nigeria, the PDP center can no longer hold for 'Things fall apart' for their members are 'No longer at ease'! That is why we are starting to see the rats flee from the sinking ship with cross Carpeting that has hit PDP in Senate? This may just be the tip of the iceberg Http://www.leadershipeditors.com/ns/index.php?option=com_content&view=ar...
"A gale of carpet crossing plagued the Senate yesterday, as three senators decamped the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senators Joel Ikenya (Taraba) and John Eferakeya (Delta) moved to the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), while Senator Umar Argungu (Kebbi) joined the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC)."

Bayelsa's PDP the home of Goodluck is not spared this embarrassment -
“It had never happened before that a sitting president would visit his state only for the governor to be booed in his presence and even stoned; it has never happened before. It shows the extent of the annoyance of the people against the administration in the state."
“If Sylva is the one to fly the party’s ticket, then we are sure of losing the state to other parties because some of us have made up our minds to just move from the PDP to another party if only to prove that Bayelsa people have abandoned the Sylva-led administration in the state. Split is not just in Ohaneze over Jonathan - http://www.independentngonline.com/DailyIndependent/Article.aspx?id=22966
This looks more like a split within PDP!

There is Fulani and versus aboriginals war in Kwara, squabbles in Kogi and Kano, struggle and 'fight to finish' in Ogun state

As part of the on-going zoning war, Lamido said -Saraki is our best option-
Http://www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/features/newsonthehour/2010/oct/29...
Even the youth wing are not left out of the free for all situation. You wonder who is in charge here?

Zoning is breaking PDP apart as no other issue.

IBB stands to benefit if all the Neophytes in PDP just respect the elders.
IBB said the issue of zoning was what made PDP strong. Jonathan says it is 'turn by turn' and it is Ijaws call!
http://www.nigeriannewsservice.com/nns-news-archive/news-blocks/zoning-n...

In line with the zoning issue, - Governor Lamido said if he were to make his choice, Saraki would have been his choice as a candidate, going by the wealth of experience as the chairman of the Governors’ Forum and his achievements in Kwara in the past seven years.
He said the PDP is becoming more and more VULNERABLE going by what is happening as those who left the party in 2007 have returned and are using the zoning issue to cause disaffection and division within the party.

“All those coming out as aspirants in the party are credible people, yet we all know the right thing to do, that is why I refused to be party to the consensus arrangement. “We have not been proactive enough, that is why those who were not in the party in 2007 are using zoning to cause disaffection in the party.”

A neutral observer wades in in the form of - Vanguard editorial of 29th October - PDP: Saving Nigeria from the behemoth.
"The leadership of the party and some state governors are at each others throat on how to organize credible congress elections to enthrone internal democracy to the extent that candidates put forward for elections will reflect the acceptable will of the electorate."
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/10/pdp-saving-nigeria-from-the-behemoth/

The courts have not been left out of PDP squabbles. 'Court halts fresh PDP congresses in Enugu' said the headline-
THE Federal High Court, Enugu, yesterday restrained the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP from conducting fresh congresses on Saturday to elect new party executives in Enugu State.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/10/court-halts-fresh-pdp-congresses-in-e...
This story was also reported in This day - http://www.thisdayonline.com/
'The crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State ahead of the 2011 elections has continued to assume different dimensions as a faction of the party opposed to Governor Sullivan Chime yesterday accused the governor of breeding the current crisis by scuttling peace initiatives by the national chairman to re-unite the factions into one formidable party.'

Kidnapping: Orji, Amaechi trade words over kidnapping- Amaechi, while giving account of his stewardship to mark his three years in office, alleged he was the person who made military intervention in the state possible, which ultimately led to the return of peace in Abia. http://www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2010/oct/29/national...

In the past with the destruction of Government house and the kidnapping of Ngige by the Uba brothers (now you know where all these kidnapping started from) It is no longer 'a family affair' for PDP. The whole rot is in the open for all to see and sneer.

Thanks for your patience. I am sure there will be more revelations in future. I will let you know as they reach the break up point. In ending I shall sneak you into Bankole's mind;
Speaker Bankole wants death sentence for terrorists -
Lawmakers working on the proposed anti-terrorism bill will consider raising the maximum penalty for terrorist acts, in the Act to the capital punishment, an option canvassed for by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole.

My question here is does this include 'Economic terrorists'?

Adoke meanwhile is appearing everywhere releasing economic terrorists - http://www.thisdayonline.com/
Justice Pat Ajoku of the Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday refused to grant the request of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohammed Adoke (SAN), to withdraw criminal charges filed against Fidelis Anosike and four others before the court.
The Federal Government had recently slammed a 21-count charge of conspiracy and stealing of over N3 billion worth of properties belonging to Daily Times of Nigeria on Fidelis Anosike and his brother, Noel Anosike, their company, Folio Communications Ltd, one Nicholas Okoye and Gogo Kurubo.

At the resumed hearing of the case yesterday, counsel to the AGF, E. E. Akissa, informed the court that he had the mandate and authority of Adoke to withdraw the charges preferred against the accused persons.
Akissa, who noted that the power of the AGF cannot be questioned, contended that by Section 174 (1, 2 & 3) of the 1999 Constitution, his boss has the power to withdraw any matter before a court of law in the country and urged the court to comply with the withdrawal.
While the judge was wondering why the accused persons were not in court, the counsel to the AGF said, it was because they were not informed or have not been served with the court processes. But counsel to the Federal Government, Mr Linus Idu, vehemently opposed the AGF’s request.

Idu, who wondered why the AGF on whose behalf the charges were filed would want to withdraw them without informing them, said in the interest of justice, the duty of the AGF is to ensure that justice is done in the exercise of the powers.

Pointblank news says 'Attorney General, Bello Adoke, has turned into a highly corrupt wheeler dealer whose record could make that of very slimy, and grossly corrupt predecessor, Mike Aondoakaa, a child’s play.

Did adoke hear what Jonathan said in the past?

President Goodluck Jonathan himself had promised on April 25 that he would strengthen the EFCC and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission (ICPC), the two main anti-graft agencies, to enhance probity and accountability in governance. What is OPPOSITION STATUS?

To be fair, let us look at what the opposition is doing to take over, once the break up of this People's Dinosaur Party occurs?

'A meeting of the group that calls itself Progressive Political Parties and Leaders summoned to evolve an electoral alliance and common candidates at various levels for the 2011 elections, on Thursday in Abuja,
went awry as tussle over leadership of the group nearly marred the meeting.' http://tribune.com.ng/index.php/front-page-news/12851-2011-leadership-cr....

This is not very encouraging.

The only good news coming the way of opposition is the news "I recommend Nuhu Ribadu to you. He will fight corruption to a standstill. People must be held accountable. If not, they will get away with murder literally – Danjuma.

The taciturn general broke his silence last night on next year’s general elections and his kind of man to lead the country.
Former Defence Minister Gen. Theophilus Danjuma (rtd.) Danjuma, who is the chair of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) endorsed the presidential aspiration of former boss of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.
Gen. Danjuma described the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) presidential aspirant as the only one among the numerous aspirants for the top job capable of fighting corruption which he identified as the nation’s main problem." http://www.nigeriannewsservice.com/nns-news-archive/news-blocks/danjuma-...
“Corruption has assumed an oceanic proportion in Nigeria”, he said, warning that it might consume the nation if left unchecked."
I understand that the General however later denied he said such things. Now that Tinubu has dumped Ribadu and is in cahoots with Buhari, what a potent mixture! Water and oil I must say. In chemistry it is termed hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties.

Wonders never end in Nigerian politics.

As you heard, "Two former military generals, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and Aliyu Gusau, have confirmed their surrender to the well-oiled political machinery of a civilian, former vice-president Atiku Abubakar."http://www.saharareporters.com/news-page/end-evil-genius-humbled-ibb-surrenders-atiku-gusau-too

Do not be deceived, but brace up for fireworks as IBB in all likelihood finally joins ANPP for a not so clear democratic cauldron for Nigeria. That will definitely create the fuse for the demise of PDP. Expect more internecine squabbles to surface only to be drowned by more raking of corruption muck with Atiku now coming into the PDP fray. What a free spectacle for the largely impoverished Nigerians in the next 4 months.

At last we may be free from the PDP death grip. What part shall you play?

Thanks,
Elmango Meat

Adamu kaita..are u an alien? North rule by military coup

Gentleman if you are really intelligent you wouldnt utter that the south has no credible people. Its quite clear from your education training and background you dont really know what consitutes a credible person.

The north has always rule by military coup. Also the north can be more blindly cohesives upon a common agenda as can be evidenced in the consensus saga. The south is somewhat more sophisticated and diverse as to come together for such a primitive assignment.

In fairness to the north, its not really a northen thing its just PDP north family.

Seriously speaking GEJ and

Seriously speaking GEJ and Atiku are birds of the same feather, it is only that they operate at different level. When GEJ was the Governor of Balyesa state, go and read the newspaper report of the first few weeks. Just like Jennifer, so also Patience. If GEJ is calling Atiku a barawo it is a case of Kettle calling pot a black. They are all the same. The major problem is that the political firmanent has been polluted that thre is no fair candidate. The good ones are not on the political terrain so what we need is for us to campaign for one man one vote; so that if we can eliminate corruption from our electoral system then things will shape up.

it is rather ridiculous for a few persons to consult and conspare against 140 millions Nigerians. Nigerians are politically conscious, we will cast our votes based on our convictions and not the decision of these elites whom have corruptly amassed so much wealth for themselves. they are strategising there comeback. we will resist them with the tool only democracy can offer.

Atiku Wins..

Thank you Northern leaders for playing th game as we expected. We are indeed exited that you have handed the presidency back to Good Luck Jonathan again. That was good of you. Surely you saw the hand writing on the wall. God choose to help Nigeria and so evil will not reign.

Congratulations Good Luck Jonathan..

Atiku can actually win,but in his living room.No doubt he can become the president, but of robbers in his home town.I'm happy that GEJ has already defeated IBB,Atiku is a small thing. Please confirm this for me,i was told Atiku is a gay, perharps his supporters too.

Ole for Presido

Someone plz pinch me. Am I in the real world. A thief will be running for the PDP Presidential primaries with the hope (bribe) of ruling Nigeria.
How can this happen in a sane society.
Ah Ah their lies the answer the ogogoro don clear from my eye. Nigeria is an insane country.

South South in 2011 Then South East in 2015

Let the Igbos back GJ for 2011 and then take their turn in 2015. There are 6 geo-political zones in Nigeria now. South-South is one of them. South-East is another. South-West has led before, Northeast has also led. Middle Belt has ruled. Let the South-South that produces oil rule, then the Igbos who have economic and technological acumen (as evidenced their gains in spare parts and auto manufacturing and business enterprise, World Bank and Common Wealth appointments, educational attainments and military and security temerity). No geo-polical zone in Nigeria should be as inferior to the others.GJ should be supported by all Igbos, Yorubas, Hausas, et al.Sectionalism should be ejected by the electorate.

Shame on Ciroma. You think

Shame on Ciroma. You think this is still the years of super permsecs. God save PDP should they make the mistake of rigging Atiku the friend of Jeferson who is cooling off in jail here in U.S.A for Atiku Abubarka's money which he hide in his freedge. Abu we will meet you on the political field.

Nigeria on the brink!

If Abubakar Atiku, a suspect in the USA for bribery should become the PDP nominee, then President Jonathan should run on a different ticket – fully supported by the south. If this were to happen, then the whole episode will become North vs. South. This then will mark the beginning of the disintegration of Nigeria in 2015 as predicted by the United States Security Agency. The same agency predicted the breakup of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia – and it came true!
