Petroleum Minister Allison-Madueke Returns To Hospital In London

Petroleum Resources minister, Diezani Allison-Madueke
By SaharaReporters, New York

Nigeria’s controversial Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Allison-Madueke, has returned to a London hospital to continue treatment for an undisclosed ailment that is believed to be cancer.

Saharareporters sources said today that Mrs. Allison-Madueke made the journey last week, and began a daily therapy.  She is yet to return to Abuja.

Her one-week absence from Abuja has emboldened those Nigerians who have been calling for her removal to further pressure President Goodluck Jonathan to sack her as Minister of Petroleum Resources.  She is frequently cited on allegations of corruption and mismanagement, but is also known to be a close friend of the President’s.

Recently, the French government impounded a private jet that was carrying Jide Omokore, a business associate of the Minister, on suspicions that the jet-a Bombardier Global Express XRS- belongs to her.

Investigations show that the jet was purchased by the Bank of Utah Trustee in June 2012 through the same process that was recently used in purchasing private jets for the governors of Rivers and Akwa Ibom States.

If the minister knows there

If the minister knows there is God and He will judge her for all her actions, let her continue to do what she knows best how to do. Recent events in this country are enough to tell everyone that God is on the side of the masses. Nigeria is a praying country; that is why God takes His judgment even before all Nigerians know the level of the looting. Let the masses continue to do what they know best how to do; that is prayers. Let the political office holders who are on the driver’s seat continue to do what best they know how to do. He will judge right. No sinner will go unpunished and every good deed especially for the good of this country will be rewarded. Let us stop flexing muscle.

well

thank yo for the informaiton.

kind discharge

Close Friend to the President

You continue to insinuate some relationship between Deizani and the President. I will be suprised that the Minister for Petroleum did not have one with the President by virtue of her position which is normal except in the case being a woman Sahara Reporters will continue to make reference to it as if it was more than that.

Even if she was a close friend to the President is it now a crime, is the President not allowed to have friends (both male and female). Is the first Lady not in Aso rock. These are cheap shots. STOP IT.

@Dorcas

Who the hell are you and at what rank are you fighting corruption in this country. Even if you are fighting corruption, does that mean it should be all about lies. Are there no intelligent ways of fighting corruption. If GEJ had not allowed us to see the real corruption in this country, will you dare open your mouth to talk about fighting corruption.

Under which government have you even know a minister to resign without being reassigned. How many EFCC investigations have you known to follow through. What bloody side are you referring to.

Discuss Real Issues

Perhaps Sahara Reporters need to look into the health sector, since it is so quick to report on who goes abroad for treatment on concocted health issues. It will serve the country well to understand the situation of our country’s hospitals and why doctors today will rather allow a person die on the floor of a hospital because of down payment. Why should we complain when the very persons whom are supposed to save lives misdiagnose and mismanage patient care.

It has become a money making venture with hospital tables laced with buns and pure water for sale. With all the state-of the-art equipment lying around still wrapped in plastic, it’s no wonder everyone who can afford it dashes off to any foreign country just for a yearly check-up. These are some of the real problems we should be investigating.

Is it the same Nigerian

Is it the same Nigerian hospital that the Doctors are treating food poisoning for a ruptured appendix? Who said she cannot travel for treatment and all expenses will be paid by her or by her husband?

What whole world is she gaining?

This woman in question is on a quest to transform the petroleum sector. She wants the best for Nigerians, she was appointed for her wealth of experience as far as am concerned she is doing her best to do her part in the transformations that is going on in Nigeria. I believe that when somebody wants to stand on the truth or do something great he/she is exposed to spites and flimsy accusations.

OVER SABI*******ITK*******

I'll like to ask you this question, are you a Nigerian? And if yes; you are such a disgrace and a lunatic to refer to my father land with such a name "Hopeless Jungle". As a matter of fact who are you to judge.

RESPECT

Didn't your mother teach you how to respect a woman. The woman you are insulting is busy working her ASS off to make sure we are all comfortable this festive period, are you in any way better off?

It's obvious you are not of

It's obvious you are not of us... with your comment, it shows that you do not want the progress of our Country, I will suggest you fight the corruption heart before you make another comment.

*******LISTEN*******

Diezani Alison-Madueke has held three significant positions in Nigerian. She was appointed Transport Minister in July 2007. On December 23, 2008, she was named Minister of Mines and Steel Development. On April 2010, Mrs. Alison-Madueke was sworn in as Minister for Petroleum Resources. Is it a crime for a woman to become our petroleum minister? For crying out loud, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke is doing her job for the betterment of this country, ensuring stable supply of petroleum product around the country.

BACK TO SENDER

People should learn to mind their own best; you can imagine the allegations and lies without prove that as put together just to spell the good work that this innocent woman is doing for Nigeria. Instead of people to praise her good work some of them are planning evil for her, na una go use una head carry una evil, Oooooooooooooo.

No fact

Who are your sources who couldn’t provide us with the name of the hospital in London? Does it mean that the London hospital has no name? “An undisclosed ailment that is believed to be cancer” How come did your sources get the information that they believed to be cancer? I believe this is nothing but a CRAP!

NA YOU KNOW?

It has been known that in Nigeria of today that when you fight corruption, corruption fights you back. Nigerians are saying that President Goodluck Jonathan’s reign is bad. But he has shown how a president is suppose to look like in his government by listening to his people of Nigeria to know what they want from him, to me I believe that is the best thing to do.

Why not Nigerian Hospital? In reply

Yes, why not a Nigerian Hospital that is a question many of us should be asking. Even though the Minister is not admitted into any Hospital and has not left the country.

Considering that we have state-of-the-art equipment in this country, the infrastructure etc.

Have you been to a hospital lately, you will die waiting for a doctor to see you, you are constantly misdiagnosed, patients are mismanaged, so you think greed has reached the health sector and those who are supposed to care for our lives will quickly throw it to the dogs because of money. Maybe SR needs to do a story on doctors and the health sector in Nigeria. So we can all find out why individuals prefer to travel out for healthcare.

Mind you Central Hospital in Benin is still collapsed.

Really?

Really, is she suffering from kleptomania? How can we prove that when we can’t see beyond our nose?
Falsehood has engulfed us and that has made us to be ignorant of the truth. Disgruntled elements have used many medium to spread falsehood and we buy into it totally.

YOU ARE THE NEXT

Mr. / Miss. Anonymous you can put yourself in place of that just to cover up the death you have mentioned.

GEJ IS THE BEST PRESIDENT EVER.

Ever since GEJ has resumed office as the democratically elected president, He inherited a whole lot of rot from incumbent administrations. He set out with the agenda to correct all ills and put everything in order. But some disgruntled elements have being fighting tooth and nails to pull him down or discredit him and his cabinet members.
These disgruntled elements are amongst the rich folks in this country and we are just their tools. This is how it works the elements pays people to brainwash you to the extent of being ignorant of a glaring fact, they chill at their cozy palace and sip on their don perignon, whereas me and you as members of the masses wallow in agony.
What we the masses ought to do is to make the lives of these disgruntled elements miserable by shunning their cunning way of inciting doubts in our minds. If we can make them look ridiculous, I bet you we can give the government that is manned by GEJ the ample time to accomplish his transformational agendas.

What a SHAME

What evidence do you have against her, other than the misinformation that Sahara reporters has published all on hearsay. It is disgraceful that an online Media House would put up this type of story.

Sahara Reporters now First Rate Propagandists 2/2

The Minister for Petroleum, Mrs. Deizani Allison-Madueke is neither in London nor admitted in a hospital and is in Nigeria currently very healthy.

You have continued to accuse the minister of owning a plane by association; you have never brought to light any fact regarding her ownership to the private jet, only that she knows someone who was in a plane that was impounded by the French.

We thank God for her life and continue to wish her well in her office and private life. May God continue to bless her and our country Nigeria

Sahara Reporters now First Rate Propagandists 1/2

It is now obvious that Sahara Reporters is now hired to be first rate propagandists, how else will they reduce their reputation from being an investigative reporter to a cheap shot in the dark newspaper. Even if it was to increase ratings or draw attention to your site, it would serve you well to get your facts straight before publishing. Rather than launch an attack on a woman which you have over the months attacked blindly by feeding the citizenry with false information on her whereabouts and outright lying about her health. Whatever your issues are with the minister, kindly resolve or remain silent.

HISTORY 101 ( GEJ’s government)

GEJ’s government has being the best ever in the history of Nigeria, his government has opened closed eyes of Nigerians who had no interest in how our resources is being manage and spent by our past leaders, in the manufacturing sector, Nigerians can celebrate the reopening of three textile mills in Kaduna that had previously been closed including the United Nigeria Textile Mills Ltd, which has reopened as a result of accessing funds from the N200 billion textile industry bailout funds leading to the re engagement of 2000 workers that were laid off when the company went out of business.
Electricity: Nigerians are seeing steady improvement in the Power supply around the country, gradually disappearing is the long blackouts that Nigerians have suffered for so many years.
Drug Trafficking: United States in September removed our country from the list of major trafficking countries. GEJ’s Transformation Agenda will catapult us into a new Nigeria.

Point of Correction

First of all, Mrs. Allison-Madueke, is not in London neither is she in the hospital. We are grateful to God that she has neither Cancer nor AIDs. However, dealing with Nigerians is quite tasking and for a woman who works as hard as she does, yes she is likely to experience weigh loss. That is not unusual. Thanks.

re deizani comment

I think diezani you are a fool of the highest degree who is bringing tribal issues here? It will tear your house apart not nigeria.know how to think, just disproof the report or not that's all.

Re:

@Chijioke, YOU HAVE YOUR SAY,

@Chijioke, YOU HAVE YOUR SAY, I have my say. SR provides the forum!

I pity your for your

I pity your for your stupidity.

If you make life hard for

If you make life hard for others, things will be hard for you. You can have all the money in the world, but what will money mean to you when you are surely dying? Money can't buy heaven for you! Most times, death doesn't warn anybody before striking, Governor Patrick Yakowa and Gen. Azazi would have avoided it! Do looters really know death follows sin? "By one man sin entered the world and DEATH by sin" Rom 5:12. When you loot, you sin! Death follows your loot! Don't you understand financial crime is a wicked act? Politicians in this country are the worse looters in this world. God is listening to the cries of Nigerians, if you think we can't take weapons to chase you out, you have no defence for Mr. Death. One by one, your sins will find you out!

Sahara Reporter you lied she

Check your facts and give us reliable information not pedestrian jist.I will not compare your quality to what obtains in New York where you are based but you can do a lot better than this. If you contest what I have writen please, give the public evidence to support your story
