This is very stupid and silly! Digging hole to escape? Is it in an American film, Indian movie or Shaun The Sheep? Did they use their own teeth to dig the hole? If not, then who supplied them with daggers? If the daggers were donated and thrown to them from the heaven, then why the digging did'nt make a sound to attract attention? Nigerian leaders should be aware that with the advance in technology our local news can be accessed by everybody around the world. Tales like this one are making the people of other countries regard all Nigerians as stupid, idiot.

Iwant to congrtulate the able police commisioner in Edo states for the great job he is doing in Edo States as I follow his teneure in Edo. I know Mr Balogun as no nonsense Police Oficer of repute and I know his records of achievement having served two Inspector General of Police without any blemish in his duty. He is well qualified to higher resposiblity than Commisioner of Police but in Nigeria is whom you know. Please Mr Balogun continue with your good job and do not allow anybody to tarnish your records. Congratulation to you and entire people of Edo States.

Sir Ahmadu Bello was a Northerner and leader of NPC Party in 1960. NPC was in contest with NCNC led by Zik and the East and AG led by Awo in the West. Now, who was the Publisher of The Parrot Newspaper? Was The Parrot Newspaper based in the North, East or West? Was it an NPC media, an AG media or NCNC mouthpiece?

If The Parrot Newspaper was an Ibadan/Lagos axis Newspaper, then it was most probably an Action Group Newspaper political singing political songs. If it is an Enugu based Newspaper, then its an NCNC voice to capture votes for ZIK. However, if The Parrot Newspaper was based in Kaduna, then it was an NPC Newspaper; and the report is credible.
