I have never doubted the culpability of Mr Adamu in this sordid case knowing his antecedent. It is both a pity and a shame that people like Adamu are the ones who give Nigeria the bad name we all carry around the world.
It is a greater shame still that some officials of the Nigeria government actually believe that Mr Adamu is innocent of the charges made against him!!

The FIFA appeal panel was not populated by the likes of the discredited Chief Justice of Nigeria, Katsina-Alu. Corrupt Nigerian judges who dismissed all the incrimating charges of monumental corruption against James Ibori cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, be said to be fit for purpose.

Nigeria is getting worse and worse everyday. Our judges are well respected before but not any longer. Justice is now for sale in Nigeria and what a tragedy that is! Justice now goes to the highest bidder and that explains why these judges are multi-millionaires if not billionaires. The common man has got no chance in Nigeria to get justice. The country has gone to the dogs! A country that will jail a man who steals a goat or even, in some parts of the country, cut his hand but celebrate killers, dyed-in-the-wool kleptomaniacs and certificate forgers is not a country I am proud of. Adamu made a grave mistake thinking he was operating in a clime that sweeps everything under the carpet but, alas, he got a rude awakening.

Amos Adamu you are history as far as FIFA directorship is concerned. It is a pity you embarked on a wild goose chase stupidly thinking your appeal would be upheld but now the chickens have now come home to roost.
