GOD PUNISH UNA
For those who want jakande estate houses to be demolished, may God strike that mouth. na your father house they want to live abi. how many houses has fashola built, and can you imagine that the collapsed building and other of his calibre were built under tinubu. which the contract was awarded from government to brother to son then to builders. useless people
TIME LAGOS STATE WILL DEMOLISH THOSE JANKANDE FARM HOUSES
Time Lagos State Government will demolish all Jankande Animal farm Houses in Lagos before it start killing people. If not that Military Governor Mudashiru Lawal demolished those Chicken farm houses Jankande built as school today Lagos could have seen great destruction of school children with those buildings. We called such building in Biafra Win the war buildings for refugees.Jankande built to win election as action governor. Building without plan and good foundation.
follow-up supervision
When govt agencies approve building designs, they must follow-up the building construction at various stages which must include the foundation.
Sitting down in the office, approving whatever comes on the desk is high level corruption
The collapse of any building must have the blame of the approving ministry first for lack of supervision to ensure that the building meets the minimum standards specified for which the design was approved
Gov. Fashola please take note
This is the begining of the end of these Jakande Estates. Before more lives are lost in Lagos, Gov. Fashola should please take steps to demolish these sub-standard structures built by Alh. Lateef Jakande especially the ones in Amuwo and Lekki because they have outlived their useful lives. However, in order that the occupants of these depilated structures, the LASG should adopt a systematic approach whereby the worst of teh structures in each of these estates are first identified, their occupants relocated to relief camps and then the building demolished and reconstructed. Each building demolished should be redesigned and reconstructed within 4-5months by professionals of the LASG. At the end of the reconstruction, the occupants will be reassigned the buildings free-of-charge! This is the least the LASG can do to save the lives of the citizens!
Collapsed building
Who approved the building plan? Who designed and constructed the building? It is an incident like this that should inform Nigerians about the ramifications of corruption. We are paying dearly for it in various respects.
