The election that took place on 1st December,2012 is not free and fair because CPC won Ikara LGA, Zari LGA,Sabon Gari LGA and 3 wards in Makarfi LGA (Nasarawan doy ,Gwanki and Mayere wards)but the state election body go ahead and declared PDP candidates.Also Igabi LGA and Sba LGA Election no take place but the winner emerged.

First of all VP Sambo was not contesting any election in Sudaniyya(Kaduna) North local government. He did not lose to any Buhari CPC man. How can he lose when he did not contest? That is why the writer says that the state assemblyman, House of Reps member and Senator for that local govt area are now of CPC extraction. The state house and national assembly elections were not held today which would seem to present something dramatic. If one losing election in his constituency is a sign of unpopularity or "things to come", what do u say of Buhari and his hangers-on who have consistently lost in their states and catchment areas? The same fate awaits them should they try again.
