The latest results shows PDP leading in 12 local government areas, with 203, 943 votes. As Saharareporters revealed yetserday, the PDP is expected to be allocated 14 local government areas out of 25.
Voting was marred by election day violence in Ughelli North local government area. INEC would likely cancel the election there.These are the results announced on the National Televison Authorities (NTA) by INEC officials.
The Electoral Officer for Warri South West has abruptly left the local government headquarters without collating the results of 7 wards. Party agents cannot locate him.
Mr. Vincent Uduaghan and a former ACN chairman, one Mr. Yemi are currently in charge of collations and other agents are being chased around.
