Qatar Plane did not crash land

Thanks for telling Sahara Reporters that what happened to that plane did not amount to crash landing.

Crash Land

I hope Federal government closes or takes Qatar licesence or ask Qatar government to stop them from flying. Or best if Nigerian government would stop Qater from landing in Nigeria...Happy October 1 Nigeria.

KUDOOS TO THE EMERGENCY TEAM

Our Qatar Flight DID NOT CRASH LAND

I was in that Qatar flight no. QR 0592.
This writeup simply shows that Sahara reporter that did this story done it via proxy.
The reporter was not anywhere close in the airport or even Lagos.
The flight landed well but couldnt taxi to the terminal because a tyre with low pressure bursted during landing.
So d craft was towed to the terminal where we disembarked from d flight.
So the word "Crash landing" was used by the Sahara reporter to make fuss out of nothing.
This is no big news because even the airport authorities and her agencies were fully equipped and on ground to arrest any situation but to the glory of God, none arised.
God bless Nigeria.

QATAR AIRWAYS FLIGHT CRASH LANDS IN LAGOS AIRPORT

God is awesome. Bible said "The horse is prepared for battle but safety is the Lord's". Qatar is my favourite airline anyday. Their flying safety record is fantastic, but the truth is that it is God that in charge when it comes to ultimate safety. We give all Glory to God for a great deliverance for all the passengers on board.

Did whoever wrote this

Did whoever wrote this actually read it at all? How can you put up a story and contradict yourself so directly in the same story just by the next sentence?

How do you reconcile 'crash-landed' and 'after it landed safely'? Which are we supposed to believe?

Lagos airport

Why Lagos airport everytime.Feels like there is something wrong with the airport itself.Even the worlds finest airlines choose this airport to crashland. Something to think about...

Aircrash

The only amenable reason, this plane didnt crash is because the aircraft is still in good nick.If it was Arik,Dana or anyother Nigerian aircraft, people would have persished.

Jehovah is great!

Jehovah has proven his great might once more

As journalists, Sahara

As journalists, Sahara reporters ought not be too sensationally minded when trying to report news and events. The plane had "emergency landing" or "forced landing" it did not crash!! Do you wish another plane crash so soon? Let's try to be more factual in our news reporting please

Jehovah is great!

Jehovah proved his strength again.

Where is the crash?

From the pictures posted by Sahara reporters, it looks like the jetliner blew some tires when it touched down! That is not a crash landing! Always consult relevant experts before writing your alarming headlines.

You guys have do know the

You guys have do know the difference between an emergency landing and a crash land.
This aircraft simply made an emergency landing!

Crash Landing

Are we sure the main problem is not from our airport. Pls lets look inward we might get help

To God be the glory.

To God be the glory.

false alarm SR

You guys are gradually loosing the credibilty you started with. It "crash landed" yet you said it "landed safely". What's with you guys? Are such in a hurry to make headlines?

Please Use Correct Tech'Term

The Qatar Airways aircraft did not "crashland", rather it made an Emergency landing. It lost a Tyre and That's it. There's a big difference!!!

Please, don't misuse technical terms like this. You should research your subject properly before such publications, rather than hyping people's BP.

Thanks

Thank God Nigeria is not on

Thank God Nigeria is not on the news again for another air disaster and all glory to God that there were no casualties. I wonder why we cpuld not respond to their distress call

Emergency landing VS Crash landing

This was an emergency anding and you even said it happened safely. Sometimes you guys need to report thing about Nigeria your country with fairness. Do not put fire where there is none. Real crashes happen in the US all the time too. This title is not right in my opinion but its your site, your way!

Qatar Airways 'Crash lands' in Lagos

Perhaps we all need to donate money to educate some of our journalists in using proper aviation lingo! The term 'Crash land' is used only when there is a hull-loss - when aircraft's control for safe landing has been lost and the aircraft's crew is hence forced to resort to destructive landing procedures! Hence an aircraft that is involved in a crash land (even if there are no fatalities) is always a write-off (called hull loss). What happened in Lagos was a simple case of emergency landing NOT even remotely a crash land!

GREAT NEWS

PROUD TO BE A NIGERIAN SEEING THE RESPONSE TEAM, FIRE TRUCK AND ALL. NO MATTER HOW QUICKLY (OR SLOWLY) THEY RESPOND ITS IMPRESSIVE (EVEN IF THERE IS NO WATER IN THE TRUCK)! EVERYBODY SAFE AND SOUND!

Thank God for averting the

Thank God for averting the calamity and for saving Nigeria, yet, another embarrassment.

Glory...

There is always the need to give GLORY TO GOD.
