The days of illegal governor of Oyo State, Alao Akala may be numbered if feelers from the Supreme Court about the status of the case is anything to go by.
The apex court is said to be miffed about the intepretation given to the the Appeal Court judgment by the Attorney General, Bayo ojo and the IGP, Sunday Ehindero.
The court has fixed the hearing of the case for Novemeber 21st 2006, sources said the court would merely affirm the judgment of the Appeal Court which will mean that the current governor of Oyo State, Alao Akala will have to vacate his seat immediately.
