As reflected in his INEC form filings, Emmanuel Andy Uba writes that he has a high school certificate obtained from Awkunanu Secondary school and a "Doctorate in Sciences" obtained from Buxton University in London while tactfully avoiding the mentioning of his now debunked claims of having obtained a Bachelors degree from Concordia University in Canada and a Masters degree from California State University in Los Angeles, California. This is as Saharareporters had previously exposed Emmanuel Andy Uba’s fraudulent educational claims in December of 2006 that revealed he (Andy Uba) never obtained a Bachelors degree from Concordia University in Canada or a Masters degree from California State University. However as evident in the INEC form submitted by Emmanuel Andy Uba, he still holds on to the claim of having obtained a doctorate from Buxton University. As also revealed by Saharareporters in the December 2006 report, Buxton University has been found to be an unaccredited university supposedly based in the UK – of which has been found upon futher investigation to be based a Portugal. Buxton University was discovered to be phony university that issues doctorate degrees through “instantdegrees.com” an online program that issues doctorate degrees in three hours.
