A panel of five appeal Court judges sittting in Abuja today unanimously dismissed the appeal brought to it by the Action Congress (AC) over thethe disqualification of VP Atiku from running in the upcoming 2007 General elections.With the verdict, it is believed that the presidential ambition of Atiku has finally come to an end.Saharareporters could not confirm if VP Atiku intends to appeal the judgement, More to come...
