The wife of the former governor of Delta State, Theresa Ibori was released from the Holloway prison in London after her lawyers perfected her bail application.
She was released after spending four nights in detention after a Westminster Magistrate Court judge granted her bail on stiff conditions when she was arraigned for money laundering offences on Monday.
Saharareporters could not verify the name of the entity that paid for the bail bonds, since the details were shrouded in secrecy, the lawyers to Theresa rushed in the bail papers shortly before the close of work in London as a ploy to shield the identity of the person who paid for the bail bonds.
