OCHONU ON PAT UTOMI, THE SPRINGBANK ANGLE TOO!

January 1, 2009

Dear Editor,I read subject piece today, and I cannot but agree with Moses that Pat Utomi has changed (or better still - has all along been masquerading as a man of integrity).  Apart from the instances mentioned in the article which glaringly shows the usual somersault witnessed in Nigeria when people begin to lust for positions, what of the unfolding fraud called Acquisition of Springbank Plc by Bank PHB in which Pat Utomi is the Vice Chairman.

Dear Editor,

I read subject piece today, and I cannot but agree with Moses that Pat Utomi has changed (or better still - has all along been masquerading as a man of integrity).  Apart from the instances mentioned in the article which glaringly shows the usual somersault witnessed in Nigeria when people begin to lust for positions, what of the unfolding fraud called Acquisition of Springbank Plc by Bank PHB in which Pat Utomi is the Vice Chairman.

When the whole episode started, i tried to confirm that Utomi is still the Vice Chairman of Bank PHB and checked their website.  I was filled with rage that a man who claims to preach integrity, etc. will allow himself to be part of Soludo's evil machination to rob the legitimate owners of the bank and make PHB buy through underhand deals, what is not theirs.  Furthermore, Bank PHB - at the last count - disobeyed 3 court orders claiming to have the backing of the regulatory authorities.  And Pat Utomi is the Vice Chairman of this bank - and had wanted to rule Nigeria.  How is he different now from OBJ and UMY?

Thank God Utomi was not elected President of Nigeria.  All the pretensions are now coming to light.  As far as some of us are concerned, he has sacrificed his integriy in a jiffy all because of greed and business expediency.

Let Utomi know that he has lost countless number of admirers because of the unfolding Springbank drama.  We are no fools and we can read between the lines.  Enough of deceit - Patitos Gang, et al.

Every man's true image will always come to light.
