Former Anambra State Governor Christian Chukwuma Onoh is dead . He died today in his Enugu home state at the age of 82. A family source said he died of age-related ailments.
Onoh was governor of Anambra during the shortlived Second Republic in 1983.

He was a lawyer, farmer and author . He was also father-in-law to former Biafran leader Odumegwu Ojukwu. His daughter, the lawyer and former beauty queen, Bianca, married Ojukwu despite the objections of her father to the union.
